We had a very enjoyable stay at the Giardino Giusti House & Court. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very quiet, but it is also quite convenient, being only a short walking distance from the old part of the city centre and also near to the Verona Porta Vescovo train station. There is private parking in the courtyard, although we came by public transport. Our room had a very comfortable bed and a nice shower, plus en-suite coffee and tea-making facilities were provided. Umbrellas were thoughtfully provided too for guests, which was really helpful one day when it rained.

The main office, where the keys are collected from, is located a little way from the guest house and court and we struggled to find it initially, needing help from the map on a mobile telephone.

What I liked about our stay in this hotel was that it was very close to the main touristic attraction and the beds were cozy. I highly recommend this place as the price-quality is unmatchable since it includes one colazione in a place nearby with great coffee!

The rooms are bit far of the desk lobby, since they are in another location. Additionally, at night, it kinda felt insecure to get in. The staff didn’t have a pleasant attitude when it came to asking them if they could fix a problem with our room’s door.

- There is no mosquito net on the windows. When we arrived in the room, there were already several mosquitoes. The next morning, housekeeping opened the window, and when we returned, there were even more mosquitoes inside. - There is only one electric socket on each side of the bed, and it’s used for the small lamp. However, you also need it to charge your phone, which means you have to unplug the lamp. The only other option is to use the main light, which is quite strong for the evening. It’s not a huge issue, but it feels a bit impractical.

Large bed. Nicely decorated rooms included a bedroom and a front room. Fancy shower with multiple jets! Large bed. Well stocked fridge with free water. Wine and other drinks available at reasonable cost. A coffee machine and kettle with free coffee and tea provided. Breakfast at a nearby bar was fresh and generous. Safe parking for our bicycles. Verona is a lovely city to visit.

Bathroom was quite tight. It seemed unnecessary to have a fee for parking our bicycles in the corner of the parking lot. I was disappointed to find that we were actually quite far away from the gardens that this hotel uses the name of Giardini Giusti; we had anticipated being right next to the gardens.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is excellent — just a short walk from the Old Town, but in a peaceful and charming area. The view from the room is lovely, with trees and a beautiful church visible from the window. The apartment itself is thoughtfully designed — compact yet very comfortable, with quality furniture and a good air conditioner. Everything felt well put together and cozy. The small kitchenette had everything I needed: a sink, coffee machine with capsules, sugar, cups, and more — perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: a tasty sandwich, a boiled egg, a croissant, water, and coffee or tea — simple, delicious, and very satisfying. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable stay near the heart of the city!

I honestly have no dislikes — everything was great

We received a warm welcome from the Hotel staff who kindly provided a map and information on the city. We were taken to our room which was in a lovely courtyard a few minutes walk away. The room was bright, clean and modern, with tea/coffee facilities, mini fridge, and a very comfy bed. It was well furnished and the bathroom was also well equipped and excellent. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our only complaints were that we couldn't adjust the temperature controls in order to make the AC come on (it wasn't terribly hot at the time, so we were okay) and that the breakfast, served at a bar/restaurant a short way down the road, wasn't the best - we were just brought a couple of plates with bread/pastries. It would have been nice to be able to choose what we got - if you're bothered about a good breakfast, I'd recommend buying it elsewhere.

What a lovely guest house! Our room was more like an apartment. Convenient location to get into the centre of Verona, with a lovely walk across one of the many bridges. The staff at reception were lovely. The room was lovely and clean and smelled really nice 🙂 The breakfast at the nearby cafe (included in the cost) was really good as well and slightly different both days,. Would definitely recommend this guest house and would stay again when visiting Verona.

We had a ground floor room and it was very noisy at 7.30ish with everyone going past to work, but over by 8am.

We spent four nights here, and we really appreciated everything 😊 We could check in earlier, and the owner received us with a lot of tips of where to eat (follow them, we tried few, and we absolutely loved it!). They also kept our bags after we checked out the room, which was quite nice. The place is very close to the city centre and to the Porta Vescovo train station (only 15 minutes by walk). The breakfast is served in a small bar 2min away, and it's very generous. I'd like to highlight the delicious homemade cookies 😋 Thanks, it was a lovely stay 🌸

We arrived after 7pm but the self check in instructions were very clear and detailed, so special thanks. We stayed in a building across the street from the reception, with a large apartment and private parking. Breakfast was included in the price, served in the cafe and had everything you need. Excellent communication and support from reception staff. The apartment also included instructions and tips for visiting restaurants and events in Verona. Good location, 15 min from the city center

Everything was great

The staff was always super helpful. The location of the hotel is good. The room was not bad, considering Verona difficulties to find accommodation during the summer festival.

The toilet needs some upgrades. Problems with the water filtering through the shower into the floor (minutes after having a shower, water start appearing). They have tower and paper holders glued to the wall, but this solution is cheap and they fall down all the time. At some moment we had a lot of ants in the room, but the next day they were all gone.
