Great modern apartments, offers everything to have a comfortable stay!

The apartment was great, it had everything we needed and was clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped. The location worked well, a short walk into the centre of Verona. There was construction outside but we couldn’t hear anything from inside. The air conditioning was great, it was really hot outside and the apartment was nice and cool each day. It was great to have a balcony. We made use of the washing machine and this worked well, there was even a drying stand to use. The check in instructions were easy to follow.

The only things to mention are that it would have been nice to have better pillows for the bed. And the door lock was quite tricky to get the hang of. Saying this we would absolutely stay here again.

We should have received a code for check in at 3pm but received nothing. The app was still saying my check in info was being reviewed so I found a phone number and had to call. When they looked into it, they realised no one had dealt with my documents or check in procedure. We had been sitting around the area for hours waiting for a possible early check in and had still received nothing at check in time. This procedure of waiting for a code would put me off booking next time as I had arrived in another country and had no confirmation of the accommodation I had booked!

Easy access, location, clean, comfortable

Not enough paper products for the extent of the stay. - we had to buy some at the market. When we booked I thought we were getting a different apartment- I don’t like that about booking.com, when you book you get switched, it happens a lot. The one bedroom didn’t have windows and the roof windows didn’t open.

Good looking apartment, well equipped, and close to the city center and walking district.

The beds and pillows weren’t at all comfortable. Also. Although it is understandable why the AC was installed in the hall between the 2 bedrooms, it prevents that each of them can be cooled off at night if the doors are closed (needed for privacy). Parking is also complicated

Lovely apartment. Clean, safe when I was in it. Was a nice size and I was happy when in it

They are digging the whole road up outside which was horrible. No one pre warned me and made it loud and dusty. The location is far from city so expect a good 20min walk and if traveling alone or with small children I would recommend walking at night.

We stayed just one night, a family of 5. Easy access, good WiFi, beautiful appartement, everything one needs was there, even the caps for laundry. Clean, nice beds, high quality bedsheets. It's 1 km to the Arena, a beautiful walk, just what we wanted.

The apartment was very spacious, we had a bathroom each, it was near everywhere we wanted to see, it had nice communal outdoor space, it was secure and quiet even though right next to the street.

It said check in at 3pm but the apartment still had cleaners in and we weren't able to get in till 4. There was a low ceiling in the corridor with no warning signs on.

It is nice, clean and very spacious apartment. We stayed with a family (there are 5 of us), there was enough space for all of us. The bathroom is clean, kitchen is functional. Nice touch from the host with coffee provided for a coffee machine.

Everything is fine, there was construction close to the apartment, but it is not due to host.

Very nice design inside the suite, very good bathroom. The suite had a washing mashing with tablets and a dishwasher. Since all of the windows look inside the territory of the building it was very quiet

I think (might be wrong) that the property was listed as “parking available” and the closest 24 hour parking (not free obviously) was 2 km away
