We arrived late at nearly 23:00, so not many places available with 24 h check in, especially on a budget. I booked last minute on the road and we paid a really good price. I was reluctant to book due to some negative reviews, but i found the hotel and the staff very reasonable, especially for a short stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast plentiful and varied, although the cooked eggs and bacon i would avoid. Very nice coffee and the rest and it costs €8 each, which i believe it is a very good value. The hotel has limited free parking outside, but there was no space left, however the 10€ underground parking is very reasonable in my opinion, considering the price of the hotel itself (many other hotels in Verona were offering parking at a "nearby" location for €20). Refrigerator in the room and 2 small cold water bottles provided in the price.

A bit outdated and inconsiderate neighbours on one side, but otherwise happy with our one night stay.

The staff are very helpful. The cleaners clean the hotel rooms every time and are very efficient and friendly too. The receptionists are very helpful especially Giulia, Marco, Crleste just to name a few. There were all brilliant. The restaurant staff for the breakfast were also very nice

I did not like the breakfast atall. The same thing was served throughout our 7 days in the hotel. They don't have varieties and most times the food are cold. They urgently need to work on the breakfast. Also the hotel has no indoor restaurant as one will have to source for where to get food thought there are many fruits shops and groceries shops around the hotel. Perhaps for a night or two ok not for a long vacation

Hotel was fine. I could not taste much of the breakfast since there was a group of 100 people from India checking out at the same time so I could hardly find a place to sit. But such issues maybe common in all hotels. Hotel's personnel was amazingly professional. There was heavy rain at my check out time. No taxi driver was responding for almost 20 minutes. The hotel's personnel arrange my delivery to the train station with one of the hotel's service cars. I am really thankful.

Unexpectedly newly refurbished room, very good breakfast for a good price, politeness and hlepfulness of the staff, garage for a decent price, great location

The hotel seems to have a new software for opening the room doors as well as the garage ramp which doesn't work well. Out of the two elevators, one is out of service. The working one is outdated and very slow. Hopefully both will be refurbished and put into service soon.

Affordable and comfortable. Large rooms and comfortable beds, it even has a bathtub and minibar. Also, either soundproofing is good or neighborhood is quieter than the rest in Verona.

It could have an electric kettle and/or little coffeemaker, other than that it was a pretty good stay. Also if you're going to the airport early right after checking out, beware of the traffic, since you have to almost cross the entire town to get there.

It was the last minute reservation after our first choice was cancelled, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in the residential area providing excellent public transportation to the city center, good supermarket round the corner and silence at night. The staff of the restaurant is very attentive, there is a wide choice of local and international options for breakfast. The room was located on the upper floor meaning no noise at night at all. Beds were spacious and excellent towels were provided.

The reception could have more information regarding public transportation from Arena Opera at night: we found night buses ourselves:)

Breakfast buffet, with a very good selection on offer, in my humble opinion something for everyone. plus you weren't rushed when you got too it when time was short.

Clean sheets and bathroom - quiet. Good beds. Efficient staff. We paid a super special low price, so we're overall happy with cost efficiency.

The hallways are a bit run down, gives the feeling it saw much better times in the past but then also this has its charm. Was unable to regulate the AC (but it might be me).

It is a good stay for the value, we have visited in October and the heating did not worked, but it was not such a big of a problem in the end

The fact that it is mentioned you can use the parking lot, but when you arrive there find out you need to pay 10€ or more per night to use it.

The room was clean and of a good size, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was of a good standard and plentiful also accommodated my dietary needs. Overall an enjoyable stay when I had missed the last train and needed somewhere last minute.
