The location of the hotel is near to the highway, on the outskirts of Verona, and is well connected to the city centre. The room was good, toilet was spacious, everything was clean, the restaurant serves pretty good meals (pasta with prawns is a must) and good selection of wines with decent prices. They have free parking spaces.

The breakfast is something which needs to be improved - not so many choices with not so fresh ingredients. Also, the beds are too narrow, so, sleeping is a kind of a challenge, but, this is the case in many of the hotels nowadays.

I loved the location and the free parking outside the hotel. The hotel is located just outside the city and a 10 minute drive takes you downtown. Breakfast offer was very good.

Seems like there is a communication gap between Booking and the Hotel. The reception staff seemed to be unhappy there is 4 of us ( couple and kids age 2 & 3) as they were stating it is a 3-person room, That really does not make any sense, I will not book an additional room for a 2 yr old kid that sleeps between the parents.

Although not in Centro Storico we did appreciate the location - bus stop just across the street, 20 minutes and you are at Piazza Bra, while the car is safely resting in the hotel garage 😇. Very good breakfast, extremely nice staff, very clean and would definitely choose the same hotel for the next visit to Verona… On arrival we had a dinner at the hotel due to late arrival and all the compliments to the chef as well.. All in all: good value for the money paid

The hotel is located right next to the highway so there are no traffic jams while arriving and departing. The bus station is conveniently across the street and it takes around 20 minutes to arrive to the city centre. The reception offers bus tickets as well. The staff was nice and helpful, they let us leave our car on the hotel parking lot even after we checked out. The room was huge, modern, bathroom too. Each of us got two pillows, a harder and a softer one, which was a big plus. The beds were sturdy. The breakfast buffe offers a variety of choices. On the ground floor there is also a restaurant, where you can eat lunch in/or dinner.

The hotel is a bit expensive for an overnight stay. I am not sure the air conditioning worked in the room.

Booked one of the superior rooms and it was very nice. Big, clean, modern, a comfy bed, and a nice terrace. Free breakfast and parking were a nice perk

The breakfast is ok, nothing to talk about. Bakery items were sometimes stale, not a big variety of items. But it's was still fine. There's a bus stop close by but on weekdays the last bus back from the city centre is at 8:30 pm so we ended up going into the city by the car.

The room was nice and spacious with a balcony. Everything was quite clean and the air conditioning worked well. The free parking is a huge bonus when travelling with a car.

Everything was good, but the night shift staff at the reception could've been friendlier. We did not know that it was standard to not provide a duvet, so we asked the man if it was not missing. He asked to come to our room, because he did not understand my question. After the question was explained when he was in our room, he was annoyed that such question had arised, because "It's very hot outside, why do you ask for a duvet?" Even if the question was weird, the staff should be more polite when dealing with a customer.

Good location , easy access to the main town (we did have a hire car though) Easy to find as on a main road 24/7 access

Only issue we had was a lack of communication from the hotel prior to our stay. For example, they sent a confirmation of booking and I entered PayPal details so assumed I’d paid. At checkout they stated I hadn’t paid and was only a pre authorisation. Which obviously causes stress and confusion. The email came through a month later! Which at this point we were back in the UK

The facilities were very clean, modern, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was super delicious. And the staff was very friendly.

The location is a bit far from the historic downtown, conveniently the bus is right outside the hotel, but it only travels every 20 minutes. So you have to pay attention to the time. there's really nothing around the hotel, Komano, restaurants or bars.

Room was big... bathroom was bigger.. Bed was 200 x 200, not many hotels with this type of bed (we had a 2+1 configuration) Deppending on what you need as location... for us the location was very good.

Breakfast could use a little upgrade.. not to many options..
