The hotel is located in a quiet and green area, just a 10–15 minute walk from the city center or a 7–10 minute taxi ride. I appreciated the polite and friendly staff, the impeccable cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall, the availability of free open-air parking, and the good breakfast. Overall, the hotel left a very positive impression.

I would suggest adding comfortable outdoor gazebos for relaxing in the hotel's green area. That said, the hotel is overall very well maintained and offers an excellent balance of quality and comfort at a reasonable price.

We had a wonderful family 4 night stay here for my dad's 80th birthday, and I couldn't recommend it more highly, it is a truly special place. We arrived in the July heatwave but the rooms were perfectly air conditioned and the pool was a delight so that was no problem at all. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and overlooks the city of Verona and is surrounded by a beautiful and perfectly tended garden. Breakfast on the terrace among the lemon trees was perfect and a fantastic choice - one of the best hotel breakfasts I can remember. Staff could not have been more helpful, and we made good use of the hotel shuttle twice a day. Especial thanks to Sara, Roberto, Emmanuel and Nicola, who looked after us so well and gave us lots of tips of where to go and what to see. You need to give advance notice to order dinner (especially as we were a group of seven) but that was fine. There is a great Argentinian restaurant in walking distance (which doesn't look too special from the photographs on the website, but is actually really special) which made a good alternative. We went into Verona most evenings and got a taxi back - sometimes a 15-30 minute wait and about 12 Euros a time, but totally worth it. It is slightly a pain that hotel is so much out of town but then you wouldn't get the stunning views. Thanks Relais Fra Lorenzo, we will definitely return! xx

This is a beautiful property overlooking Verona. The morning breakfast on the lawn/terrace with "bubbles" was exceptional. The staff is very welcoming and gave good recommendations on wine at their property. The pool was a great relief from the heat with beautiful surroundings. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

They did provide a shuttle to Verona, which we did use. The taxi service in Verona, no fault to the hotel, you'll need to expect a 20-30 minute wait. Just don't be impatient, enjoy the scenery.........

I was advised on the Booking. Com website that there was a free transfer to and from the airport….it didn’t arrive and I had to pay £70 Pare of the reason I used your site was the free transfer facility…..perhaps next time I’ll use Trivago.

The property is beautiful and the views are magnificent. Staff was very helpful.

The location is hard to find 1st time as GPS was sending us to the neighbor's property. It was very hard to back out of there. Breakfast is below the level of the hotel/location.

The hotel was sound proof, not the tiniest of noise was heard. Stunning panoramic views and a lovely garden / dining area. The swimming pool is a nice size and views from the pool of the city. Beautiful place to stay to get away from the city.

The staff was lovely and definitely went above and beyond. Sara, Rober, Fabiana and all the others worked hard to help us catch an early train in the middle of the Vinitaly exhibition, which made booking a taxi impossible. We were very grateful!

The stay is a very high price to still charge for the chips and drinks from the mini fridge in the room. It’s also an inaccessible location for someone with a walking disability (it’s up a hill. they could add a golf cart service maybe?) the reception was not 24/7

beautiful view of Verona and excellent friendly staff. the location is out of town and very peaceful, you can sit and listen to the uninterrupted bird song. if you are fit and enjoy exercise walking up the hill is no stress. Bed was so very comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained.

there is not much indoor communal space to relax. we opted for a classic room which was small for the cost, particularly the bathroom. the refreshments in the room was limited and not of high quality. the kettle lead was so short it was not safe to pour the hot water into cups.

The location is why I chose the hotel and it didn’t disappoint. The view is incredible. Super clean, friendly staff, decent euro breakfast.
