Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good location, WiFi was fine, very good value

This was such a cute little hotel! We didn't know what to expect and were so surprised. It is so quaint. The room was perfect for two of us and was an easy walk to the town centre. The beds were comfortable and the little candies in the room were a nice treat! The staff were friendly. We didn't eat here but the breakfast smelled really good! The private parking was nice since we are always worried with a rental car.

We were uncomfortable with leaving our passports at the front desk but understand they need to keep them so people will pay.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. We arrived at 3am in the morning & the lovely young lady waited for us, made us feel comfortable & welcome, showed us where to park our car without any complaints that it was so late. The next morning another lovely lady Miljana was sooo accommodating & fulfilled all our needs above our expectations. The house keeper was very lovely also & brought me an iron without any issues. The hotel has such a nice & welcoming feel to it, it is extremely clean & organised & smells nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to come to Krusevac for a stay. It is in prime location also which is convenient for food & other needs. Thank you sooo much Miljana & all other staff. You’re doing an amazing job. 🙏🏼🙏🏼😊😊. I hope to return one day.

Hotel needs general overhaul, at least the room that I was in. It was not possible to open 2 out of 3 windows in the room.

Very friendly to pets, easy and qiuck check-in. Good working wi-fi, privat parking and great location very close to pedestrian zone.

Very steep and narrow stairs to 2nd floor. Carrying the luggage to the room is a real challenge and a good workout, ;)

The host was wonderful, helped me with all I needed, staff was great too, The hotel has all the essentials a hotel has to give, overall experience was great!

Parking was very handy and secure just across the street. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and recommended a super traditional restaurant nearby.

The hotel is in the heart of the city with a perfect location, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cleaned everyday. I would visit it again.

The breakfast is too early for people on a vacation 6:30-9:30 and not very rich, but the price is good 3,5€. Also it was extremely hot, too much heat in the rooms and the corridors.

Good location just off the pedestrian area and close to shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

No fresh bread or rolls at breakfast. Hot option had been cooked some time earlier.
