The hotel is located in the center of the town, in the pedestrian area and with a beautiful terrace, full of TVs to watch matches or other interesting shows.

The hotel is located in a town that is not on the main road, but it is worth deviating from the route. From the hotel parking lot, access with luggage involves going down and up many stairs. Only if someone from the staff warns the guest that there is access through a door that opens only from the inside, you are exempt from carrying your suitcases up the stairs.

The breakfast was excellent, the restaurant exceeds every expectation. The service,the staff, all was panctuate, always of great help and very nice. The hotel has reserved parking lot for the guests. The surrounding has every potential for tourism. I will mention only Djavolja Varos which is nature phenomenon and is one of the world`s mirracles.

Nothing in my modest opinion, everything was just perfect.

It is a nice hotel. The food is excellent and the service is perfect. Rooms are clean, the location is great. Everything is near by. If desired to go out for a drink or a dinner the nearest restaurant ( I suggest Градска Кафана ) is 5 minutes walking distance.

The only thing that could be managed better is the availability of the tables for breakfast. The whole restaurant is empty during breakfast time, but the tables that you can sit are limited to few. Some of it are for 4 people and some for 2. If you are bigger family or a party have to sit on different tables or have to wait.

Choice at breakfast has to be wider. Staff need to know English as it is the international language.

English speaking staff. Most know only Serbian.

Location is perfect, breakfast is not bad, you need to choose only one meal, but very bad isolated rooms, we can here our neighbours, when they lock the room, when they go shower, this only we don’t like.

Excellent cleanness and very polite staff. Rooms are very well equipped. Finish details are top class. Restaurant offers excellent dining experience and staff is well trained and caring. That is one top class hospitality

There is no direct access from the lobby to the parking lots.

Most of the staff. Very professional and friendly, from front desk to room service. Food and drink, quality and value for money. Location couldn’t be better. The rooms are well thought out, very clean, bathroom amazing. Everything you need is under one roof and spent most of my stay there in comfort. Loved it!

Air conditioning seemed to switch off at night, which is when it was needed the most. Didn’t know until the last day that there were English menus! Pillows are a bit ropey…

- Waitress serving the breakfast in the morning of 26.7.2023 was VERY UNPOLITE. My wife brought with her Gluten Free bread because she must not consume wheat bread due to MEDICAL reasons (the hotel on the other side does not provide gluten free bread..). The waitress was very arrogant and said that it is not permitted to bring the food with... So, no exception even in case of medical conditions..

The rooms are comfortable, the hotel is well maintained. The restaurant is excellent with a rich menu and friendly staff.

The bathroom was small. The entrance to the parking is not well marked, there is no connection to the hotel. We had to carry our suitcases up external metal stairs.

The property is five star. The staff and managers are beyond amazing. Welcoming, engaging, professional. Their primary concern is for the welfare and enjoyment of their patrons. They actually saved me money on my reservation without any special requests.
