As I remember well this was my 7th stay in the hotel. We (me and my family) love this place (great rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, the wonderful Pleasure Restaurant in few steps), but there was a negativ change...

I choosed this hotel because formerly I always had free parking infront of the building. This time the receptionist said: Try to find parking place somewhere...". Saturday night in the busy downtown it took 40 minutes for me (and not so near to G. H. Eter) after a long drive from Greece, Come on! It was a very bad surprise. Without parking possibility I could choose other and cheeper accomodation in the city center....

The hotel is centrally located and has been recently renovated, so the interior is modern and fresh. The lady at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The room was clean, and the breakfast was decent.

The layout of the hotel is a bit unusual, with narrow corridors that make it difficult to pass through comfortably with luggage. Additionally, there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you're carrying heavy bags. I stayed in Room 105, which is located right next to the breakfast area — unfortunately, this meant it was quite noisy in the morning, and the smell of food easily drifted into the room, making it less pleasant to rest or relax.

I had a wonderful stay at Garni Hotel Eter in Niš. The location is absolutely perfect—nestled in the historic part of the city, it's ideal for exploring the cultural and architectural treasures of Niš. The hotel itself is a beautifully refurbished old building that blends classic charm with modern comfort. My room was cosy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Niš!

The location was excellent. Nearby there are many restaurants, shops, pubs, a shopping center and close to most attractions. The staff was very responsive, even made a reservation for us (16 people in the most party-oriented tavern). We parked the cars in the public parking spaces nearby and paid at the hotel with a discount (6 euros for 24 hours). The rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was extremely good, even after they had cleared the block table they personally brought out food to one of the latecomers. I recommend it with both hands!

Some of the rooms facing the street with the bars were a bit noisy on the weekend, but it all died down after midnight.

I liked a lot the attitude of the staff - all were very kind and nice, supportive and smiled. The location was lovely even a bit nosy due to the nearest center of the city, it was fine. We stayed there during the weekend, so the noise was all acceptable. I appreciate a lot the fact that the staff has booked parking place for my car and this was an exceptional advantage in the crowded center of the city. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends, visiting Nis. THANKS

I loved our room. It was big with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but we were able to leave our luggage and then check in a bit earlier than the official time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a small buffet sep and coffee or tea. Highly recommended.

Hotel has a very modern architecture, enhanced with abstract paintings and black and white combination of color. Location is great - in the heart of the city, a loot of sight is near by so you can visit by foot. Stuff is very friendly and open to help. Rooms are very comfortable and clean - matrasses are new, so you can actually get a good night sleep. There is a free cot if you are visiting with a baby (babies stay for free). Breakfast is standard self service table, but with enough different food to chose from. The hotel is smaller in size, so there are not too many people at the same time.

Hotel doesn't have an elevator - while stuff is there to help, it is problematic if you are caring your baby and a stroller. Hotel doesn't have its own parking, there is a public parking outside, which you can pay for daily ticket at the hotel, but there is no guarantee that you will find space.

The location is great, all restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The architecture of the hotel was pretty interesting. Breakfast was nice and tasty, coffee is pretty good, as well as the traditional pastries.

The bathroom, having a glass wall, even dimmed, was a little weird for a triple room.

If you are there during weekends you might not sleep so well because of bars close to the hotel, I have a deep sleep so I could sleep well, but before that I could hear quite clear the music, and in the morning the breakfast is served on the hallway of the 1st floor so you hear the staff preparing and also the people there having breakfast

Great location, in the city center, close to the restaurants and shopping center. Large room, nice bathroom, coffee maker and minibar, good breakfast but basic. Close to bus station and attractions. Supermarket on the other side of the road.

Noisy room near the road. At the first floor the breakfast was served between the rooms, so noisy in the morning if you get a room on that floor.
