For a little money, you receive the best friendly and professional service; all staff are really friendly and super helpful. Rooms are pristine and clean. Breakfast choices are like in a KING's place, all fresh and local. The swimming pool is clean and has plenty of room around to relax. Dream hotel!!!

P.S. When I gave a tip to one of the staff members, he was incredibly helpful. He refused to take it all, saying it was too much, and gave some back. This has never happened to me before; I think it shows how honest and professional this hotel is.

It was our first time in Nis and we were looking for a hotel with SPA. We had a great time in the sauna and in the jacuzzi. The staff was very polite and attentive. They gave us good recommendations for restaurants with live music and they even made reservations for us. The rooms were very good size. We had a nice big terrace, a nice bathroom and the floor in the bathroom was heated - we loved that. The breakfast was diverse and tasty. The hotel has parkimg lots if you go by car. Check in and check out were both very quick and smooth. When we checked out, the staff gave us bottles of water for our journey back home - such a nice touch! Thabk you Zen hotel people! We will definitely be back soon!

We wish we could stay longer.

Finally, I found a hotel designed with guests in mind. From shelves in the bathroom, to black out blinds in the bedroom, someone put a lot if thought into this place. I enjoyed private access to the spa, taking advantage of my two hour slot. Hands down, the most beautiful breakfast spread of my trip. Staff at the front desk do double maybe triple duty and yet are top notch at all tasks. Special thanks to Elio for his late night assistance.

At first, I thought the hotel was out of the way, in a residential neighbourhood. With the help of the good people at the front desk, I found local restaurants and public transit links. Local taxis, when booked through the hotel, are not expensive.

Our stay at Hotel Zen was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the incredibly kind and helpful receptionists who made us feel right at home. The entire hotel was impeccably clean, from the rooms to the common areas—everything was spotless. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa. It offered a private and peaceful escape, allowing us to relax and unwind completely. We were really impressed by the overall atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the hotel. We left Hotel Zen completely satisfied and will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil and luxurious getaway. We can’t wait to return!

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the staff. They are very nice, hardworking and helpful. They’ve checked us in earlier and they even have sent messages for the parking zone in the city centre for us. Breakfast was perfect as well. The hotel is very clean and as people who travel a lot, for the price we have paid, this is one of the best places we’ve been to. Highly recommend :)

Great staff, great bedroom, comfy bed, and designer furniture. You can place an individual, extensive breakfast order when you check in, and choose your preferred time slot during breakfast hours. Breakfast was freshly baked/prepared and on the table when you arrived... Wow! Complimentary private spa time (booked at check-in) was a bonus. The roof pool was closed for refurbishing, and the hotel is on the edge of town, but there are affordable cafes and restaurants within a five-minute walk.

We definitely will come back because we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff especially Milena at the reception was lovely and provided everything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our dogs were also welcome and loved the big balcony in our room. For all the dog parents, there is a path across the hotel where you can walk your dogs. There are not many stray dogs so you can wak your dogs stress-free.

Honestly we liked everything.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise for me! The staff were very polite, helpful, professional, and kind. The facilities were great as well, clean, organized and the floor heating in the bathroom was the biggest gem. Breakfast is well prepared and perfectly organized, and the free parking is a great addition to the whole experience. I will be coming back to this hotel whenever I am in Nis!

It was all perfect! Staff was extraordinarily nice and polite, the facility is amazing - everything is very clean, there are enough parking spots+ a possibility to charge an e-vehicle. Breakfast was also very good! In general rhe staff did everything possible to make us feel welcome and the value for the price is incomparable to any other place I’ve stayed at.

The hotel seams to be newer, it is very clean. The rooms are large and very well equipped, as a real 4* hotel. The breakfast is very generous. The staff is very polite and supportive.

The hotel is locate at ~ 3km far from the city center, but the taxi are available and can be paid by cash or card. It is located ~ 10' from highway. In the room was a little bit cold, despite of using the heat machine/AC.
