I loved this hotel - staff, facilities, location.

Location was amazing, walking distance to city center, staff was friendly and super attentive, our stay was short but we really felt welcomed as we came to a family home.

Osoblje je posebno za pohvalu – svi su ljubazni, nasmejani i spremni da pomognu u svakom trenutku. Doručak je raznovrstan, ukusan i sveže pripremljen, sa opcijama za sve ukuse. I had the pleasure of staying at the ArtLoft Hotel during my recent visit to Niš, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, stylish, and full of charm. What truly sets ArtLoft apart is its incredible staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely eager to make my stay comfortable. But I must give special thanks to Milica, whose warm smile and helpful attitude made a lasting impression. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—from local recommendations to thoughtful small touches that made me feel at home. Milica is a true gem and a perfect example of authentic Serbian hospitality. The hotel itself is modern, beautifully designed, and very clean. My room was spacious, comfortable, and full of artistic flair, just like the name suggests. The location is ideal—right in the center, close to everything you'd want to see in Niš, yet tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet at night. I highly recommend ArtLoft Hotel to anyone visiting Niš. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, you’ll find not just a place to stay, but a place that welcomes you like family. The hotel is just great – really good value for money! Staff are super nice, polite and friendly. Location is quiet but still central, everything is clean and stylish, with a simple artistic touch. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

Just one thing to keep in mind: there are quite a lot of stairs. Yes, the hotel has an elevator, but you’ll still end up carrying your luggage up and down stairs. Unless, of course, you’re planning to make the poor reception girls do it for you – which I wouldn’t suggest.

The staff is amazing, really friendly and supportive. They do go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable. The room was nice, they actually prepared an extra room for us and gave us a choice of where we wanted to stay. There is parking in front of the hotel at extra cost which you have to book in advance (limited spots). Breakfast is on demand, they will cook for you based on a menu (different omelette options) and some buffet style options (cereal, milk, yogurt, juices, croissants, fruit, etc.) Our omelette was really delicious. I saw in other reviews that the internet connection was not very good but we had no issues, it worked perfectly for what we needed. Beautiful art all over, nicely and colorful design.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about really. We didn’t use the elevator, seemed so small (understandable being an add on to a historical building)

I was upgraded and the staff were very kind. its not a busy show off hotel but it was very clean and in a great location. I have stayed in 4 or 5 hotels in Nis and it is by far the best value for money.

The hotel is really central to the main shopping area in Niš. Also it is just a short distance away from the airport. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast is mainly à la carte, offering a selection of different omelette and egg dishes with various fillings. The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is also very safe for solo female travellers. WiFi was very good and fast.

The hotel is on the third floor. Upon seeing and entering the building, you do not feel like entering a four star hotel. But once you reach the third floor, the change is so drastic that it sorts of take you by surprise (in a very positive way). The lift to take you to the third floor feels a little claustrophobic. It is very narrow, and I would not feel comfortable if more people were sharing the lift. To reach the lift, there is a short flight of stairs (around 10 or 12 steps).

I had a fantastic stay at ArtLoft Hotel! The central location made exploring the city so easy and the decor with local artwork gave the hotel a special charm. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel like at home. My room was comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.
