This hotel is run by a sweet family and they are working hard to make everything perfect. Evidently they are successful so far. My arrival and check-in were very pleasant with a most sincere welcome. After a long drive and having a bit of discomfort myself, I was intentionally given the option to pick a room at a silent side of the building. This attitude signified how truly they care for their guests. The room was pretty clean and full of everything one may need. Nothing's missing. Bed was comfortable. My sleep was peaceful. The breakfast was quite abundant with fine homemade delicacies. Unfortunately, my time in Niš was limited. I enjoyed staying at Garni Hotel 018 In a lot, it provided everything that I needed to carry on my journey and wanted me to stay there again. A big thank you to the entire family and their staff team for such a wonderful experience.

Very nice little hotel, friendly staff, spotless clean, breakfast was very good and with enough variety, conveniently located close to highway. One of the nicest people we've met as staff in a hotel. I was impressed by the fact that the hotel staff called me to tell that I forgot a gold necklace in the room. Thank you very much again! Very nice and trustworthy people. We arrived late in the night and they even offered a cold beer from the bar :). We strongly recommend it and we will for sure come back :-).

We used the accommodation for an overnight stay on the way from Athens to the Czech Republic. The hotel is new, the room is clean, modernly furnished and comfortable. It is well sound-insulated, so the nearby road does not interfere in any way. According to the agreement, the parking space was reserved in the hotel area. The excellent breakfast was supplemented with local traditional delicacies. Nice and helpful people in the kitchen and at the reception. Advantageous position. There is no need to go into the city center. Highways to North Macedonia and Bulgaria are nearby. We plan to use the accommodation in the future as well.

Very clean and the staff were brilliant. The breakfast was exceptional although the parking is a little limited we requested a parking space and got a place inside which was great. To be honest if you needed to park outside I do not believe it would be an issue as the hotel is in a very quite location.

I feel it is a bit of of shame that they do not have a restaurant for the evenings as that would make this hotel perfect. But saying that there is a very nice restaurant 5 minuets walk along the road.

The Hotel is very clean the person who works there they are very helpful, also the breakfast is very good with some typical food if you want spend the night there because you are going somewhere else is a good place to stay , it's quite easier to get to the center like 15 min by bus.

Close drive to Nis, right off the highway. The street parking was easy and free. The night hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when I checked in. The hotel room was clean and exactly what I needed for a single night stopping point on my way across Serbia.

The breakfast would have been good probably if I got there were it was put out at 0630. I say down at 0730 and some of the options were old/tasted like old grease.

We stayed 1 night only as we were traveling south. All was positive, I definitely recommend it!! 1- veeery clean and new 2- quiet at night 3- private car park 4- spacious rooms 5- the bed was very comfortable 6- great staff! Marija was very kind and recommended a lovely restaurant for our dinner, we were enthusiasts as we had the chance to eat typical Serbian food, which was also very good. We also had breakfast included, but as we were going to leave very early in the morning I asked if it was possible to grab something before the breakfast room opening time: well, they were so kind to have everything ready for us at 6am! 7- position: not far away from the motorway so very practical if you’re traveling. If we pass by again, we’ll certainly stop there again! thank you!!

Tasty breakfast, free parking and friendly staff. The location was ok from travelling but it is not the best for exploring Niš center. Good price in comparison to other options in the area.

The beds were not very comfortable, the furniture was a bit outdated and the room was quite small. The room was non-smoking but still the scent of cigarettes was quite strong in the room (more than elsewhere in Serbia)

Very friendly and helpful staff member at the front desk. The hotel is beautiful. It is close to the highway and we needed to get rest on our way to the South so it was ideal. The lady recommended a near-by restaurant and it was perfect. The breakfast was delicious and featured a wide variety of food. Everything was very clean. The availability of free parking on the hotel property is a convenient amenity, allowing guests to park their vehicles without any additional cost.

For us, the bed was a little bit hard and noisy.

Very conveniently located at the highway, spontaneous booking was excellently managed, extraordinarily friendly staff, luxurious apartment, safe parking, delicious breakfast.

Only note on the area, for vegetarians: I recommend to book an apartment with kitchen and use one of the supermarkets close to the hotel because there are basically no vegetarian food options around.
