Great location in the city center, close to the pedestrian area. Hotel and rooms have very nice interior design. They are built and equipped with with high quality materials and furniture. Personnel was friendly and polite. Breakfast was amazing with wide variety of meals, salads, deserts, pastries, drinks, etc.

When I arrived to my room, two trash bins were full of garbage (one in bathroom one in the main room). That made me suspicious whether my room was cleaned properly before I checked-in. Also, the provided amount of toilet paper is not sufficient so you have to ask each day for additional rolls.

This was a modern hotel, clean and well maintained. The room was not large but there were were two comfortable armchairs. Breakfast was in a large room and there was a good selection of food. It was located near the centre of Nis near a pedestrian street with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants,

The restaurant in the hotel was good, serving food of a reasonable standard. However the service was slow. Whilst this did not bother us the restaurant staff were sufficiently concerned to give us free wine. As with many restaurants in this region cigarette smoke was a distraction.

New City is very conveniently located just a few steps away from the pedestrian bridge that leads on to the fortress, near Niš main shopping street. Staff are kind and welcoming. It is clean and modern, with a nice, large walk in shower and a fast intenet connection.

I did not like that one cannot completely crack the window in the bedroom open (it opens just a little) I also did not like their breakfast menu as there is nothing vegan except fruit, granola, and soy milk. It would be great to have a small gym. ,

Excellent location in downtown Nis. Newly renovated, super clean rooms with comfortable beds offering high sleeping quality. Great breakfast. Paid parking in the yard.

The whole reception area/lobby is smoke filled and stinks of a mixture of smoke and some artificial perfume added to reduce the smell. It's awful and smoking should take place only in designated closed rooms or smoking cabins, despite this not being common in Serbia.

Breakfast was excellent, the variety of dishes and their quality were a pleasant surprise for me. The location was very convenient both in terms of sightseeing and in terms of availability of cafes and various retail outlets.

Friday evening was a bit noisy. It seemed there was a party or something at the restaurant downstairs or nearby. Besides, the protective sheets on the mattress felt like plastic from under the bedsheets, and that was a bit uncomfortable.

Nice hotel in the city center. Large room with plenty space and modern decoration. The breakfast had quality but not variety. The parking at the backyard of the hotel is very helpful.

Negative issues: During check out, when only one employee, with not friendly attitude, was working and there were about 3-5 guests waiting in the line. The wifi wasn't stable and I faced multiple disconnections.

We had just stayed in this facility the week prior and the experience was lacking, however this time they really picked up their game!! We had a nice room, very clean, the breakfast had also brought in different staff, so this was also clean, well kept, and pleasurable.

New City Hotel Nis fulfilled all our expectations. The room was perfect, clean and tidy and the air conditioning worked well. Due to heavy rain we decided to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Service, dinner and presentation were all very good. The breakfast buffet, at extra cost was outstanding. Thank you to all the staff!

The 10 Euro daily parking charge was a bit high - 5 euros would have been more appropriate.

Beautiful location in town centre next to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, we had plenty of toiletries, slippers, bath robes etc. We had free parking, on the street near the hotel (the parking behind the hotel is paid). We asked if it's okay that we parked on the street and the lady at reception said yes. The breakfast was varied and really tasty, there were many choices. We appreciated the free WiFi and the mini bar.
