Staff are amazing. They are really friendly and helpful. They always be ready to help and ready to answer your general questions about cultural peculiarities. Breakfast is amazing and allows to recharge your batteries starting from 7 a.m. I like it. My accommodation was cozy and nice: Desk, bathroom, couch and there is enough space for my all of clothes (sure, I'm a light traveller).

Only one thing: refrigerator needs to be unfrozen because it accumulated some ice. I cannot say that I don't like it, at my home I usually allow this situation, too. And I don't like myself because of that, too :) Just to make this review more informative.

The staff are extremely polite and attentive. The breakfast ware over expectation for three stars hotel . The location is great. Across the street is the famous restaurant with local specialties. The room is clean, comfort with extra sofa and contains all necessary equipment (safe, fridge, glasses, hangers, shampoos,...)

In our room the small table on the one side of the bed was missing.

Eclectic local breakfast options, incl. eggs in various form cooked to order. Extremely good double espresso. Comfort room was tidy and got freshened up every morning. Enough towels! Attentive staff that was being helpful in exploring the town. When back in Niš, I know where to book!

Room had only opaque window panes and wasn't 100% sound proof (the mini fridge; the reception/bar just one flight of stairs away). Carpets slightly threadbare and exposing the limits of otherwise impeccable cleaning.

Hotel Sole is conveniently located near the city center and the Faculty of Philosophy (where we attended a conference). The staff members, the girls at the reception - Anastasija and Zora in particular, are more than welcoming trying their best to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The twin room was spacious and spotless with a sofa, two single beds, a cupboard, and a big mirror. The bathroom was also very nice, clean, and spacious. The continental breakfast was adorably set and one could be served freshly cooked eggs, coffee, and tea in addition to everything else that was already set. All in all, the hotel and the staff exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend it. Keep up the great work!

Maybe couple of things that need improvement: - Room was quite dark even with all the lights on. - Shower cabin is open, so whichever way you take a shower, bathroom will get wet. - Price when compared to similar places nearby - Breakfast was decent, but not worth the price

A great little boutique hotel. Super helpful staff. Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with a nice, big bathroom. The breakfast was reasonably priced and had a variety of items, including eggs, cold cuts, etc. We used the hotel parking, which was right next to the hotel.

Very welcoming girls at the reception, speak English excellently, ready to help with any request (for example, take our food delivery order, bring a thermos with hot water to the room - ❤️), delicious breakfast, good Wi-Fi, clean and beautiful.

Questions are only about the room. The air conditioner is poorly located - it blows directly onto the bed, the room is quite dark and lacks light, and there's also a strange geometry to the room, making it seem small.

Nice hotel near the center of the city Niš. Parking if reservated was possible right across the hotel. The room had enough space and everything we needed. Interior is a little older but in good shape. Breakfast was great. Various options, fresh coffee and everything we tried was delicious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The shower has no real door and the whole bathroom was flooded after one shower. Nothing else to complain about.

Nice place to stay while in Nis. Around 10 min walk to the fortress and town centre. It might be good to reserve a parking lot if you travel by car (there are 3 hotel spaces - the rest is public, paid lots. Quite tasty breakfast with the Serbian touch.
