I had a very pleasant stay here. The location is excellent — close enough to the center to easily reach everything on foot, but just far enough to avoid the busiest, noisiest areas. The price was very reasonable, and the hosts were polite, helpful when needed, and otherwise unobtrusive, which I personally really appreciated. Breakfast was simple and homey, exactly the kind of meal you'd expect if visiting a friend or family member — nothing fancy, but it felt nostalgic in a good way. Overall, if you're looking for affordable, straightforward accommodation with a good location, this is a solid choice. Some travelers might be more particular, but for me, it was exactly what I was hoping for.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The owners are amazing people who went above and beyond to make our experience perfect. They not only exceeded our expectations but also helped correct a mistake I personally made, without any hassle or issue. Their kindness, patience, and hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The rooms were fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It was clear that great care is taken to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. Overall, this was an outstanding stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience. We will definitely be coming back!

The owner is fantastically friendly and accommodating. The location is just perfect, close to the city centre, with nice places to grab a bite and a drink right around the corner. Top advantage is the safe parking with enough parking spots and restricted access. The cafeteria is a non-smoking space, as opposed to most other places in Nis, so we could enjoy our breakfast in peace. They ask you what time you are going to come down to breakfast, so they can plan the food prep and give you a freshly made meal right away.

The bathroom could do with some renovation.

Location was good, not so far to city center, to the market and other monuments. You can walk around. Car parking is perfect. The room is really big enough. There is also one sofa to rest, big double bed and little balcony to sit and drink wine. The owner was really kind, helpful.

Breakfest could be a little more traditional which means with more vegetables from those serbian farms. It was avgust and it's plenty of home made products: tomatoes, cucumbers, white cheese, good bread and more. For the money which I paid for the room the breakfest could be better. Please change plastic cheese with normal, good serbian white cheese whicj is really tasty.

We liked everything. The room was spacious and super clean, the bed very comfortable. The location very good with just a short walk away from the main square. Very easy to find too. The breakfast was a set menu but pretty varied. Good coffee too. But most of all, Vladimir and Olivera were perfect hosts! We enjoyed very much talking to them. This is Serbian and Balkan hospitality at its best!

Everything was perfect

Host (Vladimir) was incredible, he was willing to wait for our late arrival, welcoming us as we are part of his family. Accommodation was very good as well, we were traveling with a kid, and it had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent, the lady who prepared our breakfast was very pleasant and a great cook. The restaurant is very cosy, almost feels like you're at home. We had no issues, will definitely come again when in Nis!

Navigation had some problems to find the place (working in flight mode, using offline maps), but the hotel is located perfectly, in a quiet street, close to the center, pedestrian Nišava promenade, restaurant Nišlijska mehana, pub etc., with own parking behind the ramp. We also liked friendly staff, good served breakfast. Room was simple, clean. On a hot day like this, 36 degrees, aircondition was very much appreciated.

Simple means no fridge, or kettle, or hair dryer, but actually we missed only the first.

The owner was very kind and helpful. The rooms are also clean and cozy, with a small inner courtyard. The breakfast was also very good, varied and they were very attentive to the breakfast, if anyone has any food allergies or sensitivities, they also paid attention to not including any such things in it. Overall, we were very satisfied, we would be very happy to go back next time

Cozy family hotel 10 minutes walk to the center with good amenities and private secure parking on the site. The owner and his family were welcome and gave us useful recommendations on where to go. By the way, Nislijska Mehana is really the best restaurant in the city with tasty traditional dishes. And we like our breakfast in the morning. Thank you Vladimir. We definitely recommend this place and come back again.

The place was great, the room was clean and the heating was very good! It is only 10 minutes walking from the center and the castle! The parking area is a private open area with controlled entry and exit - adequate also for a big SUV. Breakfast is included and the owners are super kind and helpful. We recommend it and for sure will choose the same place next time we pass from Nis.
