Dangerous pool My son cut his foot open in the pool on the first day was gushing with blood, also unsure of the 'sectioning' of the pool when there was fieces and sick in the pool. Flies and wasps. So many flies and wasps around the site, made it really uncomfortable to enjoy a drink because you either had to down it before a fly went in it or drink with several flies trying to get in your mouth. Food Food was also a bit samey, the labels were miss matched (if there was a label) and there was no theme nights so just random food.

Beautiful resort. The staff was nice, and nearly everyone spoke English. The room was nice and clean, although it had some problems with the toilet as it would get stuck continuously, but it wasn't a massive issue. The resort is mainly focused on families. If you want to spend a nice time with your kids, it’s definitely an amazing option. However, for couples, I would consider looking in a different direction depending on what you are looking for in a hotel. The price could be slightly cheaper in my opinion, but apart from that, we enjoyed the stay, and I’m sure I will keep it in mind for the future.

Location wasn’t the best, you have to rent a car if you stay there because it can be challenging with the bus. Luckily cars are not too expensive and the resort lets you rent it from one their partners.

Hotel was OK, it is a bit old but very well maintained and clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Food is good and everyone can find something to eat. For us the location was excellent, it is close to the airport and good starting point to see the island by car. You also have public bus just a cross the street of the hotel. The village of Es Canutelles is small, mostly with residential houses, but you have a restaurant by the beach, a small beach and 2 small shops in the hotel complex where you can find everything you need.

We did half-board and had a 1 bed-room stay and it was very nice. The food was good and menu will change often. The supermarket is in the hotel area, and has all the basic (drinks, warm-up snacks, souvenir, shampoo etc. etc.). Also the beach was 3 minutes walk and enjoyed swimming there. There were 2 swimming pools, and both were nice. Also the program by Animation Entertainment team was nice! The staff were nice and helpful, at the reception, in the restaurant, and also the cleaners were professional and kind.

The room noise was quite good hearable. You could hear some bonking or chair/table screeching, but in general late night or early in the morning it was quite quiet. The bus stop is just outside the hotel lobby. There were 4 buses a day, so you don't have many options. Of course you can go by taxi which will cost about 20 euros.

Awesome location, we have tried few all inclusuve this us so far the best value for money. Very effucient and responsive if you have problems. Big shout out to the bar staff next to the pool. Specially to Anais who was always incredibly kind and made everyone feel so special all the time

Everything - Good value , facilities very very well maintained (nem furniture , windows, mirrors etc) . Swimming pool always with 2 lifeguards (very useful for all those who have children). Very good quality and variety breakfast - dinner buffet. Great rooms + Cleaning + All staff (always very friendly and helpful) Safe place, which is very important

There are two pools, one with a kid area and the other one is more for adults who want to relax. The room we initially got had a broken airco so it was humid, after one night we changed an truely expierenced how great the hotel actually is. This room was very clean and almost perfect.

The breakfast room was a bit too loud and the food there was not our favorite, although they had a lot of chose.

There wasn't really a time when you couldn't get a drink or something to eat! Good beer on draft and generous measures of spirits.There were always sub beds and the pools were kept very clean. The apartments are a fantastic size and well laid out. The beds, very comfortable. We were happy to have an apartment away from the main buildings so it was a bit quieter which suited us having a toddler.

There was a large variety of food but some of the quality wasn't great, that being said, it was good value. An earlier lunch time would have suited us better but that's personal preference. Location wise, it's quite isolated. We knew this before we went however and made use of the bus to mahon twice for day trips..the market day on Tuesday is worth a visit! The evening entertainment started quite late, we missed it all as our daughter was too tired to stay awake for it unfortunately.

The facilities were great. The two swimming pools are large and of various depths, suitable for kids of all ages and various pool games. The location is awesome, just 5 minutes away from a stunning free beach. Our apartment was modern, clean, prettily decorated and well equipped with a kitchenette. The resort layout is well designed and feels open and fun. There are many activities available, such as beach volley, tennis, snooker and basketball. The TUI representative, Fiona, was wonderfully helpful and kind, and offered many options for day trips.

The food at the snack bar was cheap but of very low quality, and the food at the breakfast and dinner buffets was of mixed quality. The main restaurant is in the basement and the à la carte restaurant does not exist. The mini golf that is advertised here on booking.com does not exist. The staff at reception was friendly but did not speak very good English and wasn’t very helpful.
