Excellent location & 4 minutes walk to binibeca vell. Very good breakfast & WiFi. Easy bus connection to mahon, 15 mins journey. 3 good size pools & nice restaurant/ bar. Highly recommended!!

The View and location was absolutely amazing. Great breakfast and spacious rooms and bathrooms. 3 great pools and nice restaurant for lunch or dinner.

the beds and the deck at the swimming pools could have been cleaned a bit better. they contained a lot of orange/brown dust. They didn't provide any water bottles at the room. Other hotels of this quality would include a bottle of water. My dress got stolen at the upper swimming pool. It's not the staff's responsibility but the way they handled the theft was not so professional.

breakfast was our favourite time of the day, so much food to choose from and very good quality. The pools are very good except the one by the restaurant that no one uses, it's one of the best pools but since is by the restaurant is mainly empty. the views are very good and the service is very good highly recommended

the bed was very uncomfy,very hard mattress and very long and flat pillows. The smoke alarms have lights that flash every 10 sec, and the air conditioner turns off loudly every 10 min, so if you are a light sleeper good luck having a good night sleep.

We had a fantastic room which overlooked the village and sea. It was perfect for us being a little secluded and able to watch the stunning sunsets. The room was a great size and the bed was massive and comfy (if you like a hard bed, which I do!). We really enjoyed the breakfast which was plentiful and with lots of choice. Definitely worth getting there a little early to take full benefit.

There were probably too few staff at breakfast to turn the tables over quickly enough and if you get there towards the end of service it isn't as plentiful. Some areas of the hotel looked a bit tired particularly the showers which aren't the strongest and the set up meant it spray sideways rather than down. It is possible to get around without a car but public transport is limited.

it is a beautiful resort in a great location. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the pool area’s beautiful. very comfortable bed.

the whole place is looking a bit tired. it needs a lot of redecorating, and improving especially outside to bring it up to its original standard. Weather was not great when we were there and we could have done with a blanket for the nights.

There are people hired here that really know how to make a difference. Davi, from the reception, has a clear idea about how to treat the guest. He's been more than welcoming and willing to help. We've also had the chance to meet Bernie, from the Breakfast buffet. It's been a pleasure to start the day and run to Bernie, always smiling, offering quick solutions to any inconvenience and adapting his language to every host that arrived. "Human service" makes this incredible place, a better option.

We had no idea at what time the cleaning staff would arrive. Some days we had the room cleaned by 8.30AM. Others by 15.30h PM.

Fabulous vibe in the evening with the DJ and gorgeous top quality food. Although some nights it got quite busy it still had a lovely calming, relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely with a vast choice of options, something for everybody. Our room was clean with a lovely comfortable bed and balcony overlooking one of the pools. The location was perfect with amazing views of the sea, Binibeca Vell and on occasions the sunset. All the staff were very accommodating and friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble.

There were a couple of cracked window panes by the pool area, behind Reception, which should have been replaced as soon as possible.

Breakfast was good. Not sure why you had to walk down the street to get to the restaurant when there is an entrance from the hotel grounds.

Check-in was very disappointing as asked for an early check-in and ended up with a late check-in dispite the documents stating their own check-in time. Reception were not over friendly. Bedroom layout was not good as when entering the room your first view is a small lobby with sink etc. no points available to plug kettle/ coffee maker

The best part is the location, we had the sea view room, we also had the Binibeca Vell as our view right outside our room. We loved the DJ by the pool in the evenings, the vibes were super chill. The drinks and food were superb The 3 pools were highly appreciated as we went on a season of jellyfish so we got a good swim by the pool at least Staff were accommodating and the cute cats around the area were friendly too

Was a bit dissatisfied with the room cleaning, they just changed towels, change bins and fixed the bed but the floor was still dirty and room dusty. I expected the facilities to be a bit more modern too but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Very good variety of food for breakfast and plenty of it, location is very good with some great views of Binibeca Vell. Restaurant in the complex is very good and there are also a very good selection of restaurants around the area or within a short taxi journey. Stafff were very helpful and polite. .

Bedroom and especially the bathroom could do with some redecoration but other than that everything was very good
