Excellent location & 4 minutes walk to binibeca vell. Very good breakfast & WiFi. Easy bus connection to mahon, 15 mins journey. 3 good size pools & nice restaurant/ bar. Highly recommended!!

The View and location was absolutely amazing. Great breakfast and spacious rooms and bathrooms. 3 great pools and nice restaurant for lunch or dinner.

the beds and the deck at the swimming pools could have been cleaned a bit better. they contained a lot of orange/brown dust. They didn't provide any water bottles at the room. Other hotels of this quality would include a bottle of water. My dress got stolen at the upper swimming pool. It's not the staff's responsibility but the way they handled the theft was not so professional.

It’s a huge venue, with awesome 3 pools. The place is super quiet (I was expecting that since it’s adult only) but I didn’t think it’d had been so much quiet. We had literally to whisp to talk to each other, I loved it. This environment allows relaxing, chilling and let you enjoy the silence and the insane views the 2nd and 3rd pool have to offer.

Nothing particular just a couple of improvements: - the check-in is quite late, especially if you arrive in the morning, they could potentially make it faster. - the room cleaning service is nice but they only do change sheets and towels every 2/3 days.

We stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious with a large bathroom space and shower. The bed must have been an emperor and was super comfy (the only downside for us was 1 pillow was not enough and 2 pillows felt too high. Plenty of choice for breakfast pastries, fruit, cereal or cooked and there is also 3 very well maintained pools. The location is perfect very close to the beautiful binibeca vell picturesque streets (300m) and the wonderful binibeca nou beach (15-20min walk)

There was a kitchen space in the junior suite but no pans (not that we wanted to eat in), also a little espresso machine that only done shots and it would have been nice to have been able to have a proper coffee or tea in our room.

Minus a small hiccup to begin with, the staff we're super helpful. Room was so spacious and incredibly clean with beautiful views and easy access to the surrounding amenities. Breakfast was always absolutely spot on!!

Check in was frustrating. We had a check in window of 2-4pm. We arrived at 11 and let the staff know we we're here with a view of returning at 2pm to check in, however the check in window does not mean between 2 and 4, it quite literally means you may not get your room until 4pm. We did mention something to the staff and they did accommodate, but I do feel we had to sacrifice our room upgrade to do so.

The location is great, right next to the old binibeca and close to calas nearby. 3 pools to choose from, which was great in early June. The room is spacious and the bathroom was gigantic. The a/c wasn’t great, we had to leave one of the keys in so the room would stay cool, since it took a long time to be good, but the cleaners would remove it. But, my main perception is that the experience in this hotel will vary a lot depending on the room you get assigned, we got a second floor, so it was very private and with a great view, but there are many rooms that face common passageways, so it comprises the privacy, in my opinion.

The a/c wasn’t great

- Fabulous location. As a lot of guests move to the beaches or spend time at the pool of the accommodation, the rocky bay was all ours most of the time for quiet reading, swimming, snorkling etc. - Amazing breakfast! Was really looking forward to breakfast every day.

- The quality of the breakfast, pool, restaurant (which were all very good) felt a bit discrepant with the quality of the apartment. The apartment felt a bit cheap: damaged furniture and poorly equipped kitchenette compared to other accommodation we had on the island

breakfast was our favourite time of the day, so much food to choose from and very good quality. The pools are very good except the one by the restaurant that no one uses, it's one of the best pools but since is by the restaurant is mainly empty. the views are very good and the service is very good highly recommended

the bed was very uncomfy,very hard mattress and very long and flat pillows. The smoke alarms have lights that flash every 10 sec, and the air conditioner turns off loudly every 10 min, so if you are a light sleeper good luck having a good night sleep.

We had a fantastic room which overlooked the village and sea. It was perfect for us being a little secluded and able to watch the stunning sunsets. The room was a great size and the bed was massive and comfy (if you like a hard bed, which I do!). We really enjoyed the breakfast which was plentiful and with lots of choice. Definitely worth getting there a little early to take full benefit.

There were probably too few staff at breakfast to turn the tables over quickly enough and if you get there towards the end of service it isn't as plentiful. Some areas of the hotel looked a bit tired particularly the showers which aren't the strongest and the set up meant it spray sideways rather than down. It is possible to get around without a car but public transport is limited.

There are people hired here that really know how to make a difference. Davi, from the reception, has a clear idea about how to treat the guest. He's been more than welcoming and willing to help. We've also had the chance to meet Bernie, from the Breakfast buffet. It's been a pleasure to start the day and run to Bernie, always smiling, offering quick solutions to any inconvenience and adapting his language to every host that arrived. "Human service" makes this incredible place, a better option.

We had no idea at what time the cleaning staff would arrive. Some days we had the room cleaned by 8.30AM. Others by 15.30h PM.
