Everything was good about the hotel, especially the staff. Yhe check in procedure was straightforward. The food was good, the pool and rear garden area were lovely and well kept. The rooms were basic but had everything we needed and were cleaned every day. Clean towels were also provided every day if you needed them. They also put on live entertainment on some nights, which was good. The hotel was also in an ideal location for the beach, and there were approximately six good restaurants within 400 metres of the hotel and two mini supermarkets where you could buy everything you might need.

My only criticism is with regard to the front garden area, which was a bit of a mess and unkempt. A little time spent on it every week would improve the frontage of the hotel enormously.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout, nothing was too much trouble. The location was also brilliant.

The hotel is located few steps away from the Beach. There was evening entertainment. Hotel Bar has good priced alcohol beverage compared with others. Room was spacious. You can hear the waves when you sleep with balcony doors open.

There is no Fridge, no microwave, no complimentary stuffs like tea or coffee. Just beds and the toilet. Air conditioning works with keys in the room. Hotel has buffet that they allow you to see first then decide whether you wanna eat in or not.

The staff were super helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and everything was well organised and plentiful. My gluten and dairy free diet was really well catered for with a selection of toast, mini baguette and pastry style treat. Much more than I have experienced in the UK. The location had easy access to Punto Prima Beach. You could borrow sun umbrellas for the beach to save buying one which the hotel reception staff highlighted to us. The area had a good selection of restaurants and two definitely catered for a gf/df diet; C'an Santi and Casa Fermin.

Hotel has a look of quality about it, open areas, pool snack bar all very good. Breakfast excellent wide choice and a few things different every day. Good number of staff around and all the facilities you expect from a 4* hotel. Wifi good enough for our needs Snack Bar during lunch, crazy golf and some evening entertainment a bonus A big thank you to all the staff who work very hard to keep the hotel spotless and are very attentive particularly at Breakfast and the room cleaning is first class

Only slight issue is that the TV did not have one UK/ Ireland / USA TV or Radio channel - but the wifi availability in our room was good enough to compensate

All staff I came in touch were friendly and helpful. only couple of things that could get improve: 1. Food. I didn’t feel it was fresh enough, some things were actually off so I didnt continue eating it. Creme caramel (dessert) got most likely burnt when on stove in the kitchen so whole thing was smelling like a burnt milk (I’m a pastry chef at 5* hotel in London so I’ve done that in the past). I would, however, never serve it to anyone. I weirdly loved the jelly 😁 My friend liked squid and potatoes. I’m not a seafood fan. However, for €10 pp buffet I can’t complain. 2. aircon. We have set it up to 15C but aircon was not working properly to get any cold air so we slept with open balcony door instead. 3. Wi-Fi. I couldn’t even load a page on browser.

I was looking for an escape to the sun for 2 days -- this place is perfect! The pool is wonderful and there are lots of chairs for guests. It's across the street from the beach and you can walk not far to other restaurants. You can easily walk or run around the area. The rooms are basic but very clean and exactly what is needed for not spending much time in there. It was quiet at night. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast, while plentiful, was mediocre. Lots of options, just a bit underwhelming but worked to keep me full until lunch. That said, I didn't go to Menorca for the food (everywhere I went was fine, not wonderful).

Friendly staff, great location, very clean and a good pool. Breakfast was good too.

The beds are not the most comfortable. The bed moved around when turning over making a scraping noise on the floor. Felt horrible for the people below us as I’m a fidgety sleeper!

The facilities were great, everything was clean & tidy! The pool always had plenty of free sun beds, the bar served snacks/meals around midday and the rooms were always spotless

The staff were very helpful and very kind. Excellent customer service and support from Sandy (Receptionist). Guillén in the Restaurant always welcomed us with a lovely smile and he was always happy to accommodate our requests. Thanks to everyone for making our holiday a memorable experience.
