Very nice welcome at check in from the reception at the sister hotel down the road (Aluasoul) with a glass of fizz on arrival, we were early but allowed to check in which was appreciated. We hired pool towels at 10 euros each which was refundable and saves on flight luggage weight. Our apartment was full sea front with a nice pool and ideal for a short break, well equipped with a large panoramic balcony with great sea views - it is worth paying the etc for a full sea view than partial view in my opinion. Overall the accommodation exceeded our expectations and was excellent. Resort is very quiet with limited nearby bars/restaurants but that was fine.

I would have scored this higher but at the end of our stay the and returning our towels the reception staff were insisting we provided a ticket for the towels return, something we hadn’t received on arrival. To resolve this the staff rang the receptionist on arrival who was very helpful and confirmed we had paid the 40 euro deposit . Quite a poor customer experience in a busy reception but overall the property was very good, basic but great location and pool.

I really like the view that I booked with sea view room apartment. the Guard pool always do his job being there and polite. My family was really enjoy the environment, beautiful landscape and personnel.

when we have to check-in its doesn't clear that we have to go to other place and hotel reception to pick up the key. The reception said we have access to swimming pool in the hotel also, but when we go to main swimming pool they refuse us. Not clear.

Neat, well maintained and great views. Recommended for a relaxed vacation. It is easy to get there by car.

The check in process was confusing as the reception is far from the hotel itself. It would be great if that is mentioned somewhere. Since it is an apartment that we booked, it would be good to have some basics like salt pepper tea and coffee. Also I don't see a point in having L shaped single beds in the living room. It would be great if we could have the freedom to separate and move them.

Pool quality and surroundings excellent. However it first appeared to be open to local residents, although inroads were later made to stop this by the staff. No problems with apartment. We hope to re book sometime.

A simple instruction sheet for the induction stove, microwave and oven air filter. The business of sending messages through Booking.com did not seem to work and it should be made clear which hotel one uses to book in and pick up the keys.

Beautiful location, the apartment was perfect and the view was amazing! Loved everything about it and had everything we needed. Can't wait to return! Will definitely be our go to place when going menorca.

Nothing that we did not like, however children are not accepted at the main hotel restaurant which we did not know upfront.

It was a nice surprise for me that all facilities from 4* hotel Alua Soul Menorca are available for guests of Alua Sun Menorca. The staff was super nice, I arrived early and I checked in at 10.30 a.m. Nice and calm environment, amazing view from the window, great beach with a beach club.

The location is not nice for solo-travellers but it is not about the hotel)
