The hotel was amazing. The TV in the bedroom allowed us to access Netflix, Disney, YouTube, so the kids could be amused when indoors. The entertainment where fun, and seemed like they really enjoyed their jobs and gave it their all. The water park was good fun for the kids, but water was very cold and very salty. Also, I was told the water park was closing for good on the 17th May. The food was amazing, always something for everyone, paella, fresh fruit, nuggets, chips, breads, cheeses and meats the list was amazing. The food was always hot, and there was access to pizzas, sandwiches, burgers between meals if you missed a sitting too. The hotel also provided us with a plate of cold food for when we arrived as we arrived late.

The water at the hotel in their swimming pool was very cold. Very isolated location, the hotel do put on a bus to Punta Prima, but there isn't much there, we would have liked to been able to stroll somewhere, but that's just preference. The beds were very uncomfortable, meaning bad backs and lack of sleep 😴 they are very hard.

All staff I spoke to were great, polite and helpful with anything I asked. Even giving me the correct information to travel to the other side of the island by coach. Pool was good size. Can get crowded at times. Had to get up early and down to the pool if u wanted a sunbed (Get towel down). I had access to the water park which was great ( right opposite the hotel, just walk across the carpark). Big great slides and less crowded pool as there are afew pools there. Kids ones and adult ones and there are always sunbeds available there as there are so many. The hotels give you a free shuttle to and from the local beach was is good and the beach itself was big and great. Opposite the beach are restaurants and shops and a supermarket. There is a public bus stop right outside the hotel aswell which takes you to Mao which is the main bus station of the island and from there you can go all over the island.

The food was ok. Not really great. Wasn't alot of variety or options to choose from. Wasn't alot of options on cocktails on the all inclusive which was slightly disappointing.

The food is better than in any hotel of this level so far. All the meals have been very tasty. Sometimes just need to add a little extra salt. There are plenty of choices. The hotel offers its guests the use of the water park. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and we slept great.

We had the largest room with two bedrooms. The layout could have been different and more sensible. There is enough space for two beds in each bedroom, so there would be no need for an extra bed. Certain elements of the room are old and worn out (door edges, mirrors, ...). The main hallway in the hotel is narrow and low. The appearance of the hotel is nothing special, neither outside nor inside. Probably, a 3-star rating would be just right but the staff is friendly, and the food is great.

Very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely sea and pool view, could see the evening entertainment from our balcony! We were very happy with our stay and it was amazing that the Waterpark was literally a 30 second walk away across the road. Free parking for our hire car. Brilliant place to stay!

Only bad points from the whole experience was the shower is very small and the beds are hard - we did wake up with a sore back. Other than that it was very lovely there.

Good food and very friendly staff (Samantha, Jessica,Justina, Mari and Jose) Facilities with good playgrounds for children’s. The combination of the hotel with the water park is also very good and works perfect for children. Location is also reasonable being that you have a car - most of more relevant beaches are at 30/45 minutes driving.

Bathrooms are very small. It’s no possible to completely blackout lights in the room during night (outside and from the corridor)

Hotel was very well maintained, the water park was excellent. The variety of food and quality was great each day.

Nothing specific, some may find the location a little isolated but Punta Prima a small village is only over a 1km away, there is a open bus (designed as a train) that runs regularly and takes you around the coastline.

Room is small but clean, food is a big variety and good value for money, kids-club and evening shows are great. Great addition to have splash park pass included.

would be great to have possibility to hang closes for drying somewhere on the balcony.

Lovely hotel with a access to water park, not too busy, could nearly always find a sun lounger round the pool and loads at Waterpark (Waterpark is salt water) , breakfast was good - nice selection of everything you could want. Staff were great and very friendly towards the kids, Always got a table easy at breakfast. Quite a quiet area so was perfect for just a few days, we didn't need any longer.

A couple of us in group found beds a little hard and wasn't much evening adult entertainment but we were in a group so didn't matter at all.

The food was excellent, a very good range for the breakfast and dinner buffet, best to do all inclusive. The water park was just across the road and great value when included in your hotel stay.

Not sure why there was a kettle in the room as there were no cups nor tea / coffee.

Nice hotel with nice facilities Food was great with lots of variety each day. It was nice to have access to the water park each day the kids loved it. Staff were friendly overall. Hotel was very clean.

The Room was nice but the sofa bed was not very comfortable. Nightly Entertainment was hit or miss - Two of the shows were quite good. Hotel was very quiet after 11pm - Nothing to do once the bars closed.
