clean room, modern bathroom with plenty hot water, air con worked and stunning views over the harbour from room, bar and restaurant. Food was buffet style and excellent value, not 50 mediocre dishes but 10 or so excellent options that not left to simmer all night but topped up as and when required so fresh and hot. location close to el estell with restaurants and bars. car parking available.

guests allowed to believe they had sole right to use of sunbeds around pool by placing their towels and book on lounger at 07.30 and then turning up when they wanted. hotel should remove towels if not being used when their is a demand for sunbeds

It was a wonderful experience. The receptionist was very good. She help us a lot for every request. She gave us a beach umbrella for free and she gave us 2 beach towel with only 20€ of bail. The swimming pool was really great! The view of the sea from the camera was excellent, we spent some dinner on the balcony The shower was huge and really nice, there was a dispenser with the shampoo and the soap. Near the sink there was the dispenser for soap and the dispenser for the body milk. The breakfast was incredible there was every option to choose the brekfast to suit your tastes.

I think the only thing they can improve is to remove the moquette in the corridor, but this is subjective.

The staff were all fantastic, welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and special thanks to Harold on the bar for making me some excellent cocktails. We had a superior room (516) which gave us plenty of space and a view over the pool terrace and the bay towards Mahon. The room had an excellent bathroom with double sinks and a really good shower. The hotel is situated within walking distance of Cala Fonts and we found some excellent local restaurants, and you can walk along the coastal path into Mahon if you don't mind a bit of a trek. If you want to be close to a beach then this is not the hotel for you, there is an excellent pool. There is a good bus service to Mahon (1.75 euros) with connections to lots of destinations, we visited Cuitadella and Calan Porter very easily. Or you can hire a car, the hotel has a good car park. Really good breakfast, good selection, just a shame that there is no outdoor terrace.

We felt that the hotel would benefit from a bit of updating, it is not reaching its full potential. The pool area, in particular, needs a bit of TLC, e.g. some of the umbrellas need replacing. We felt that the hotel could capitalise on the wonderful views and use the terrace area near the restaurant for outdoor dining tables, we would have liked to have eaten our breakfast outdoors. On the last two days of our stay as temperatures soared, the air conditioning for the entire hotel failed, a notice was put up advising guests to drink water and open windows. We were not offered any form of compensation and it was extremely hot.

We had a great stay together with our infant. All of the facilities were excellent, the breakfast was lovely with a great view of the sea and the receptionists were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and reclined thoroughly each day.

We booked a small group into this hotel for two separate one-night periods. We specifically request TWIN rooms. We had been advised by another hotel they could not guarantee twins, so this was a requirement on booking. The hotel confirmed this was possible. On arrival the reception lady was exceedingly helpful in advance of the group arriving, allocating the rooms and double checking they were twins. Through our, the reception staff were helpful in every way. The hotel rooms are well-appointed, with excellent walk-in showers and a very effective aircon. The Breakfasts buffet was plentiful the variety and choices for all types of diets. The quality and range were comparable to hotels such as Fiur Season / Regent properties. Views from the restaurant were stunning too. Pool has showers you can use if you have a late departure and need to freshen up prior to a flight if you have checked out if your room. There's not a lot of character to the bar, but the staff are good and the views over the harbour are stunning. No complaints, although I noted to carpet wear in the corridor leading to the rooms. But if that's all I have that's negative to comment on I'd say it's a good thing. Once again thanks for a warm (reception staff) welcome and great stay, twice!😁

Nothing really. However the location isn't perfect as it's 25-30 min walk in Mahon. But this was known before we arrived and it wasn't important to our needs.

Loved everything about this hotel from the friendly staff to the quality breakfast, large balcony as standard, with views of the sea, everywhere spotlessly clean. The pool was large enough to swim lengths if you wanted and stunning views from the gardens.

if i have to come back in menorca I would choose the same hotel staff very nice and helpful room perfectly cleaned amazing pool breakfast perfect

a bit noisy sometimes, if the room next to ours put the tv a bit too loud we could hear it problem with the water that got solved in an hour so we need to use the bathroom of the pool because I still had shampoo on my head no electricity for a while at night

The hotel was very nice. The location was great and views were spectacular. Breakfast was diverse with great options. The staff was super nice and they helped us with our bikes as we were travelling with them. Overall was a great stay :)
