Great sized room with a lovely balcony, pool was a good temperature and clean. Nice beds to lie on by the pool.

The images on booking.com seem to show a bar at the apartments. When I asked at reception, they seemed confused and said there is breakfast available from the cafe next door, but no bar. The images are a little misleading, showing guests on their balcony or by the pool with a cocktail. The staff were also doing a photoshoot of cocktails by the pool while we were there, even though there is a sign by the pool which says no drinks. It would be better if the description of this was a little more clear.

The location was great. About 10 mins walk into the centre of the city or 10 mins walk to the marina area along the harbour. Both areas had plenty of cafes and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful and asked how I would manage the stairs to either a first or second floor apartment. This was very thoughtful and I chose the first floor apartment and the receptionist took my bag up the stairs for me. The apartment was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen small but easy to use and the balcony was lovely. The street was quiet and there is a supermarket only a block away. I liked it so much that I've booked it again for another 4 nights.

The cleaning service was meticulous but just not availaable on Sundays

very good location and close to the Port as well as attractions and fish Market..... for us the garden room is a must because of your own area for the sun lounges... the pool is within walking distance 15 metres away. Very attentive staff who arranged a car hire for us for a few days....I think its the best place to stay if you want to be in Mahon and have the apartment facility that Hotels cant off.... we will definitely visit again....

an Outside BBQ would have been nice in our Garden area..... but apart from that there was everything you need..

Decent sized apartment in a residential part of Mahon. It's only a 10 minute walk into the centre of town, although about 20 minutes from the bus station which we used a lot. The apartment had a kitchenette, oven hob and microwave as well as a fridge. There's also a swimming pool and sunbeds. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Cleaning was every day except Sunday.

The view from the balcony is over other nearby apartments, but this is only a niggle, as we weren't in very much.

The apartment was very nice. Beautiful decorations and feels like home. Nice pool area. Good location, quiet streets. We arrived early, so appreciate a lot that the receptionist called to let us know that the apartment was ready.

The apartment didnt have nothing to cook on, had to go back to reception to ask for a pann and something to boil water. Didnt have an iron, which also had to be asked. Bed way too firm. For two days no soap in the shower. Not sure about the bed, if they change sheets every day, because it wasnt done.

Very neat and tidy hotel. The most wonderful staff in Yolanda and Carmen. Nice pool area. Great choice at breakfast.

Not all food was covered at breakfast and there are a lot of flies around. The hotel is in a residential area with very few shops and bars nearby. A 10 min walk takes you to 100 steps that takes you down to the marina with plenty of restaurants there. A 15 min walk in the opposite direction takes you into the old town.

Lovely place with a spacious apartment (especially just for one place) in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

Building noise right outside window from 8am and pool doesn't open till 10am so there was nowhere to go. When I explained this to the receptionist she was dismissive and didn't offer any alternative. That was disappointing and I didn't sit on terrace once or have a lie in for that reason. Would be full marks if it hadn't been for that.

The pool was super clean , the place felt so romantic and I was definitely in love with the terrace . The location was perfect to walk around and know new places but far enough to relax from city stress .

Being honest I would have love to have more pool hours because it closes at 19:00 but I understand that it need to be cleaned and also they are trying to maintain the peace for everyone

We thought the apartment was very spacious and the location so near Mahon port with all it's restaurants was lovely. The pool was a little chilly but 'refreshing'! We used buses to visit other parts of the island and enjoyed the 20 minute walk through the old centre. The staff were all pleasant and helpful.

There was no indication in our apartment that BBC channels were available. The socket for the standard lamp worked only intermittently.

Great location for the Port and the town. Reception staff were very friendly. Apartment was well equipped and clean. Beds were comfy. Pool area was lovely and clean.

The only thing that could have been improved was our view from the balcony, we were overlooking the road but apart from that everything was spot on.
