Beautiful building in a great location and lovely staff. Pool was lovely to have a dip at the end of a hot day and honestly bar was a nice touch.

Our room felt cramped for 2 adults staying a week and not enough storage space - really a case of style over substance and therefore not great value for money compared to the several other hotels we have stayed at in Mahon - if room had been a little bigger and lighter with more storage it would have been a perfect choice.

Great Rooms, high ceiling and nice color concept. bathroom as well very nicely decorated. super friendly staff around the hotel. Patio with pool super nice to relax

No umbrellas to borrow in case of rain, will be improved according to the front office staff. parking was a nightmare, upon arrival, the card didn't work, when I left the next morning, the card didn't work as well, even though the front office assured me that they called and it works now. If you charge your guests that fee for parking that far, make sure it works perfectly. In the basement there is whirlpool but available onyl upon reservation. as I didn't read the info by email clearly, I didn't know that. I highly recommend a short note on the glass door, saying that 'reservation only' and the problem is solved.

Very helpful staff. We were sent good information about the fiesta taking place the weekend we were in Mahon. We hadn't realised how it would affect the city and the advice to book dinners ahead and also eat breakfast in the hotel made a good difference to out weekend.

I loved the size of the place - a true boutique hotel - this meant that it was really intimate and tranquil. The staff (Luisa, Roser and Anna) were exceptional. The public spaces in the hotel were beautiful and very useable given the limited number of bedrooms and therefore guests.

The staff, they went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. I have to say we felt very welcomed and had such a good time. I have already recommended this place to multiple people it was that good. Plus I NEVER leave a review, so that just shows how good this hotel was.

Beautiful old building with modern décor. Courtyard, swimming pool, bar area, lounge area. Spa and Sauna. It was incredibly peaceful and quite during our stay. The hotel had just opened for the season, however everything was neat, tidy and ready.

Everything was good. We booked a time slot in the Spa/Sauna. The sauna was great however the jacuzzi tub was very cold and could not be enjoyed. Will ask for higher temperature next time.

Everything was great, lovely rooms and common areas (the pool was amazing, sadly the weather was too cold to dip in, but we enjoyed the patio nonetheless) the location is right in the centre, on a quiet street. We would totally stay there again given the chance

We loved everything as well as the hospitality, because we felt home and well received. Our room was so fantastic and spacious with a beautiful view thanks to our terrace.

Nothing to declare, but we suggest getting better the breakfast like sweets food or homemade food. But, the eggs plates were so gorgeous.

Excellent location, manager (Anna), breakfast, pool, decoration, honesty bar. Well stocked complimentary mini fridge. Comfortable room with excellent silent aircon.

Room was quite small. Painfully slow coffee machine!

Wonderful accommodations, location was perfect, everything within walking distance. The staff was excellent. Breakfast delicious. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
