I would highly, highly recommend this hotel. I stayed overnight and it exceeded all expectation. Great room with all the comforts - nice shower, comfortable bed, modern aesthetic. The facilities were also excellent - bar, gym, pool. The staff at the hotel were awesome. My flight was delayed so I was expected to arrive at the hotel when they are typically not available. They called me and said they could accommodate. It was a seamless experience. Right in heart of town too.

There is nothing I didn't like about this stay - only that I didn't have more time. Based on observation, I would say if you are renting a car, it might be little more difficult with parking but this did not apply to me.

The car park affiliated with the hotel is extremely tight to enter and park in, especially if there are police vehicles parked immediately behind (which there always were during our stay). Our hire car was badly damaged trying to park and we saw another car do the same thing. In hindsight we should have just got taxis which are fairly reasonable (EUR 22 to get to Cova D'en Xoroi for example).

Beautiful building in a great location and lovely staff. Pool was lovely to have a dip at the end of a hot day and honestly bar was a nice touch.

Our room felt cramped for 2 adults staying a week and not enough storage space - really a case of style over substance and therefore not great value for money compared to the several other hotels we have stayed at in Mahon - if room had been a little bigger and lighter with more storage it would have been a perfect choice.

No umbrellas to borrow in case of rain, will be improved according to the front office staff. parking was a nightmare, upon arrival, the card didn't work, when I left the next morning, the card didn't work as well, even though the front office assured me that they called and it works now. If you charge your guests that fee for parking that far, make sure it works perfectly. In the basement there is whirlpool but available onyl upon reservation. as I didn't read the info by email clearly, I didn't know that. I highly recommend a short note on the glass door, saying that 'reservation only' and the problem is solved.

Very helpful staff. We were sent good information about the fiesta taking place the weekend we were in Mahon. We hadn't realised how it would affect the city and the advice to book dinners ahead and also eat breakfast in the hotel made a good difference to out weekend.

I loved the size of the place - a true boutique hotel - this meant that it was really intimate and tranquil. The staff (Luisa, Roser and Anna) were exceptional. The public spaces in the hotel were beautiful and very useable given the limited number of bedrooms and therefore guests.

The hotel has paid attention to detail, it is beautifully decorated and the staff are welcoming, kind, open and willing to resolve any issues. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The minibar is filled with a few complimentary drinks and water.

The staff, they went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. I have to say we felt very welcomed and had such a good time. I have already recommended this place to multiple people it was that good. Plus I NEVER leave a review, so that just shows how good this hotel was.

Small boutique hotel in excellent location in Mahón Good air conditioning.

A little noisy at times with large doors opening and closing.

Everything was great, lovely rooms and common areas (the pool was amazing, sadly the weather was too cold to dip in, but we enjoyed the patio nonetheless) the location is right in the centre, on a quiet street. We would totally stay there again given the chance
