Loved our stay at Casa Miranda. Maria was extremely welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. We were able to access the room early which meant we could drop off our bags and go an explore Mahón. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. Location is perfect, some lovely bars, shops and restaurants within a short walk. Couple of our favourites were Tribos Botiga & Sa Colarsega. The swimming pool was a nice addition. Liked that it was a small hotel, felt very special. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend Casa Miranda.

The hotel is a real hidden gem. So close to the city and harbour, both being a short walk. Also close to the bus station which is a really inexpensive and convenient way to travel around the island. The staff made us feel so welcome and were SO helpful and friendly and always happy to help with any questions about places to eat and places to visit. The room was kept very clean and towels & bedding changed regularly. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return.

Friendly staff and very sociable. Maria and Olga were excellent and also helped to improve my Spanish. Another bonus was that they arranged my car hire which made it very convenient for delivery.

Nothing not to dislike.Location was very central and close to all restaurants bars and shops and the port itself. I easily found the roads to other areas of the island very accessible. Overall a good week excellent weather and I found the local people very friendly and welcoming.

The room we had was lovely and spacious, with an incredible terrace. The women that ran the hotel were so welcoming and lovely. We didn’t try the breakfast as we had plans, but it smelled amazing! I would definitely stay again when staying in Mahon. We parked in the free carpark about 5 mins walk away, but there is a paid, secure carpark just over the road. The location is perfect for exploring, we loved Mahon and it’s shops and restaurants, but if you wanted to be lazy, there are very nice restaurants and bars on your doorstep!

We stayed in room M11 on the top floor…it is the room with the beautiful terrace facing the beautiful Esglesia del Carme. The hotel is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and super clean. Very elegant and in such a perfect location to explore beautiful Mahon. The room is very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast excellent. the staff…outstanding! Thank you so much Olga and Maria :) also the lovely cleaning lady who does an amazing job keeping the place spotless. We would love to stay again.

Spotlessly clean with a real Menorca family home feeling. Olga & Maria are so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect for all facilities, including the harbour, but far enough away from hustle bustle to be quiet. Some of the buildings around are a little dilapidated, but this just adds character. I didn’t have breakfast, so cannot comment on this. I can’t wait to return to Mahon. I Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is in an excellent central location in Mahon & was beautiful, secure and modern. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the pool very inviting. The staff were very friendly and helpful with booking taxis etc.

Unfortunately I could hear other guests very loudly late at night in the room above me, which kept me awake. It can’t be helped but a good idea to be mindful that sound can travel and every noise heard on the floorboards on the top level.

1. Amazing service!!! I had to bother Maria and Olga with my reservations many times but they were super attentive and really customized my requests. I am 1000000% thankful for them. 2. The rooms are in great conditions, and I loved the decos 3. The shower is amazing, and the room is individually heated. 4. The location is impeccable. So close to everything!!

The only thing I’d point out is that the entire building has wooden floors, and since I stayed right underneath another room with an occupant in it, the sound from above is very loud. The wooden ceiling has made it worse. But it’s ok after everyone went to sleep.

Shame the pool and terrace was only open from 11am. I arrive too late to really use it during the afternoon as I had shower and went straight out for dinner. I would have used it in the morning, but it only opens after checkout. I had a window in my room, but you couldn't see the sky. A small point, but made the room feel a bit too enclosed. Quite expensive but I think this seems normally for the island having shopped around.

This really is a little gem of a place in the heart of Mahon. The building itself is quite spectacular inside and has been stylishly adapted into a very fine hotel. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the overall feel is of being in a home/building that is a smart residence rather than the usual hotel layout.
