Supremely clean and so well equipped. Toilet paper provided has shown to me exactly how it feels to use sandpaper when wiping ones a*s. Bed was very comfortable and the TV a plus indeed. Overall, the room standard is higher quality.

Toilet paper rougher than I pray I am ever handled by anyone, fridge was a fantastic extra but extremely small and narrow leaving us very little room for water, wine. Walls are very thin so if a family of mosquitoes or other hotel guests rented the rooms adjacent to ours, we had to endure noise and commotion. Soap & Conditioner in the shower was locked into their holders high above the bath when using so had to find a way to our feet when we wanted to get some to use.

The hotel was perfectly situated - very close to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and accommodating - I arrived early and couldn't immediately check into my room, but they sent me check in instructions via WhatsApp and put my suitcase in my room when it was ready. The room itself was very nice, and it was good to have a fridge in it for keeping drinks cool.

The reception was not staffed all of the time and I was not initially able to find out the Wifi password. This was not a huge issue, but this information might be been more readily available.

We enjoyed the very high quality breakfast products. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable with high-quality linens and sleep was easy in this quiet yet central location.

It would have been nice, in a junior suite , to have had somwhere to sit comfortably e.g. a sofa or comfy chairs other than the bed or outside on the loungers.

The road it was located on was quiet, but it was very central to everything in town. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel offered a very reasonably priced "honesty bar" where you could purchase Coca-cola, beer etc. for a much better price than a standard hotel mini bar. My room was well appointed and had a lovely view of the surrounding rooftops. Very good value for money. I hope to stay again soon.

Everything was great! Very clean hotel! Lovely friendly staff! Close to the main bus stop and the shops! Everything within very short walking distance!

Bathroom door handle slightly broken but it didn’t affect us that much! Main door knob on the inside is very close to the metal frame which can cause trapped/ injuries to fingers/ hand!

The location was perfect. As a solo traveler my main interest and preoccupation is to feel safe. The entire environment was welcoming, relaxing and warm. I slept soooo well, and that’s not a given in all places. There are also a few really good restaurants nearby so I’m super happy over all for the stay.

Location is perfect - 5 minute stroll to the centre. Room was well appointed, nice modern bathroom - nothing felt ‘pokey’. Staff super friendly & helpful. Decent breakfast / ‘honesty bar’ handy. Sun terrace a really nice extra feature. Great family room.

Aside from a bit of hassle with my hotel room, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It has everything you could wish for! Apart from the great location, the staff couldn't be any better—super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was very good. I would definitely stay there again in the future! :)

Very good breakfast. There is a little closet where you can help yourself for sunscreen and other items you may have forgotten at home.

Reception is mostly unattended (which wasn't a problem for us), things are very well explained though.

Great stay at Hotel San Miguel — friendly staff, great location, and comfortable rooms. Would definitely return.
