Lady at reception was so loving and did a great job. Breakfast was super. The kitchen personnel was so amazing and friendly. The room was great, bed was comfy and all so new and modern.

Parking, that was a problem.

Beautiful boutique property, well located in Mahon. With the warmest welcome by their manager, Paqui. A memorable stay in Menorca, hope to be back, next summer!

Great location, smart hotel and lovely breakfast. Also a nice spa can be used for small fee.

Slight issue in that our room was a connecting room which meant room could be used with another. However, both rooms were being used independently and soundproofing via adjoining door was an issue. Hotel was helpful with resolving after first night and adjoining room was kept vacant for rest of our stay. Obvs if hotel was full and room was in use it would have been an issue.

A very warm welcome by Esther with clear whatsapp instructions on how to enter the room in case our flight was late. She was lovely in person when we finally arrived and was super helpful (spoke great English). In fact, every staff member we encountered were very friendly, welcoming and offered nothing but the best service. The room was spotless, air con great, bed comfortable and lots of luxury toiletries thoughtfully supplied in the bathroom. Breakfast made to order and everything we tried was fresh and delicious, lots of local Menorcan options to enjoy. Location perfect for exploring Mahon. A 10 minute easy walk to the main bus station to take you all over the island. I cannot fault this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I personally would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room but this is never a deal breaker, they have coffee in the breakfast room

The location, the cleanliness and the amenities

The windows in the rooms don’t open, which makes you feel trapped inside the room. In gets much worse when you can’t tolerate the dry air the AC makes

Lighting in downstairs area of bedroom (room 223) is very poor. The soap bottles in shower need replacing as the writing has faded. The overhead shower has very low pressure and hand shower has extremely strong pressure 😁 The window in bedroom area is not openable... Which makes it stuffy at night... I couldn't breathe. Spa has to be booked ahead.

Charming and disigned room with perfect air condition and all room equipment you need(even with clothes-line in the bathroom for wet swimsuits). Room was clean with comfortable bed. Ladies in the reception were very kind and helpful, always smiling :) You can book a parking place (6 -7 minutes neer by hotel by walk). Hotel is located in historical centrum, so there are lots of tapas bars/ restaurants and nice coffee/breakfast spots.

It was perfectly located and very clean with good lighting

Our hotel card stopped working while we had stepped outside for a few minutes and didn’t have a phone on us. Thankfully someone on the street let us use a phone to call the emergency number and the staff helped us with a new card

The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

We were originally placed in a ground floor room basically in reception which made it quite loud but I spoke to the staff and they were excellent in giving us a new room.

The staff were all exceptional; so welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A lovely breakfast was cooked to order every morning; rooms were spotlessly clean; location was great - right in the centre of old Mahón.

Nothing, although we would have made more use of the spa facilities if there had been some information on display in our room/at reception about them.
