We loved everything about this place - quiet location with a lovely view, spacious and very very clean rooms, absolutely amazing staff and great food at the restaurant. We are inlove with the island and we plan to go back again - of sure always at Calallonga Hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, especially if you like a quiet hotel. The view from our balcony was beautiful, apartment quite large, very clean, accommodation staff doing a great job, reception staff also quite friendly. We met Serjio at the bar, very friendly young man, we had nice few chats. Great hotel overall.

We believe that a supervisor, or a manager is needed at the restaurant, service seems quite slow most of the time and it's not very busy. Pricing of french fries at €6 is quite high, especially for the size of a portion, pizzas also quite expensive for the size of them. Tasty food though.

I recently stayed at the Calallonga Hotel with three of my friends to celebrate our 40th birthdays, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel was wonderfully quiet, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful and they ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. cleanliness of the hotel was impressive—everything was sparkling clean, making us feel right at home. The breakfast, although not offering a wide variety, was very good. The quality of the food more than made up for the limited options, and we all enjoyed it each morning. While the water pressure in the shower could be improved, it was a minor issue that didn't detract from our overall experience. Similarly, the WiFi signal wasn't the strongest in the rooms, but this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay. Calallonga is definitely a place I will return to, 100%. Thank you to all the staff for making our 40th birthday celebration truly unforgettable. We can't wait to come back!

The apartments are lovely and kept very clean The hotel is blessed with staff that are wonderful - they can’t do enough for you ! From reception , bar and restaurant staff to the cleaners The hotel is situated with lovely views

You need to be aware that you need a car to get around We went during October and we used taxis , but you can hire cars I do believe that during the summer months there is a hotel shuttle bus

We had a great stay at Calallonga hotel. Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast delicious and varied. Location is out of the way but means it is very peaceful. Getting a taxi into Mahon town was easy. Pool area is very nice and we enjoyed the happy hour drinks! Friendly staff, overall great stay.

Disappointed in the paella dinner. Ordered 24h in advance but portion was small and considering how much we enjoyed dinner the first night (octopus & nachos), we were disappointed with this dish.

The staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly. The outlook across the port, choice of pools and size of the apartments were brilliant.

There were no signs making it easy to navigate the hotel. Our room number began with a 3 but was on the second floor, which was confusing. There should be indications in the lift saying what rooms are on what floor and signs around the hotel directing you to the restaurant, reception etc.

Lovely staff, good sized and clean rooms with cooking facilities which was helpful. Two pools and a great buffet breakfast. Overall a really lovely experience.

Limited vegetarian/vegan options or ability to make amendments to the evening menu which to be fair wouldn’t be an issue for many people. Definitely need a car for transport!

pool area was lovely. handy supermarket minutes walk away. Great shuttle service daily to nearby Cal Mesquida which was a highlight of our stay and much appreciated! All the staff without exception were fantastic.

There wasn't a bus stop nearby to catch a bus into Mahon. We didn't have a car and loved the beach shuttle. However this was not advertised and we only found out when we asked about getting to the nearest beach at reception. It would be great and very helpful if this was included in the room welcome information. Hotel gave us towels and umbrellas to take to the beach which was a great service but again, unadvertised. This service would be a great selling point for the hotel for people like us who didn't have a car hire if it was publicised.

The hotel is in a very peaceful location which is what we had sought. The staff were all extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

On the the whole everything was great Perhaps the menu could do with some variation I.e some "specials" /

Amazing hotel that totally exceeded my expectations. its perfect for a relaxing getaway. rooms and facilities are very clean, staff is extremely helpful and reactive, there are 2 pools that allows for all guests to have their own privacy and space, its not crowded nor busy. there are some special offers like transfers to beach, picnic box, happy hour and tasting menu, which give additional touch to your stay. overall, the service, staff and location are really amazing. my highest recommendations.
