The breakfast was wonderful, the setting exceptional!

I was taken aback at having to pay for every cup of tea or coffee we had. Given the per night cost of this boutique hotel I fully expected refreshments freely available.

The hotel was a farmhouse which has been converted into a hotel and retains its character. It is in a tranquil setting and an excellent place to relax. The ambience was perfect for us. The pool is a decent size and in a lovely setting. The bar next to it serves food. The staff were charming, friendly and helpful and some have been there for some time. The breakfasts offered a tasty variety of food and set you up for the day. The evening meals were of a high standard with locally sourced food. It felt rural yet was close to Mahon and other places and accessible beaches and coves. A car is recommended. We would definitely go again.

Those doors... they are sooo loud. The couple that had their room right next to us went to sleep after a night out at 1 am, so we heard them for a solid 20 mins just going around slamming doors, and they woke up at 6 am, going back and forth until 7 am. We could hear everything and it woke us up multiple times. So we hardly had 5 hours of good sleep. This was the first night. Second night when someone else came it was much better. Prices for dinner/deserts/drinks are a bit too high.

The food was of a very high standard & an excellent choice of food. The gardens were beautiful haven . The pool area was wonderful. Added bonus of having tortoises in the garden. The staff were all excellent, they all made you feel welcome & all like to talk to you about your day whether you were off site seeing or a lazy day at the pool . Nothing was too much trouble . Amazing service!!!! The room was always clean . All areas of the accommodation were clean & well maintained.

We loved everything ! Great location short drive to Mao and beaches and close to airport but you wouldn’t know it - so serene and peaceful. Super friendly and polite staff with warm welcome and tour of the property. Fabulous pool and gardens. Lovely room with comfy bed, nice linen and spotlessly clean . We ate dinner here and it was excellent . We had to leave at 7.50am for a flight but they let us into breakfast early and as everyone else has said what a spread! Thoroughly recommend and hope to be back.

The pool was stunning - so relaxing and it had a bar, which was perfect for ordering cold beers. The gardens are beautiful and there are adorable tortoises everywhere which definitely added another level of joy to the holiday!

For such a stunning hotel, there were a few small things that could have been improved (no tea/coffee in the room or available out of hours, the bed sheets didn't quite fit), but they didn't particularly impact how much I loved being there and how relaxing it was.

Everything was perfect! We stayed 10 days and we had the most amazing experience, from the swimming pool, the food, the staff kindness, the breakfast, the garden, it’s a little heaven of peace and quiet. If you’re coming to relax this is the place for you!

The only thing that could be improved is the bedroom. The bed is not the most confortable and it’s quite small for two, but the rest was so good that it didnt bother us.

We have visited this hotel for lunch during many yeas in the past. It is the most tranquil and beautiful place imaginable. We decided to end our sailing season this year with a few days' relaxation here. The lovely staff welcomed us as if we were family, our room was comfortable, all the gardens just as attractive as ever, and the resident tortoises put in an appearance for us, too! The attractive pool, surrounded by typical menorca dry-stone walls, lush shrubs and trees and pretty flowers was still sufficiently warm to swim in. The meals were delicious, attractively presented and served by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Biniarocca is a little piece of heaven, unique and special. It envelops its visitors in a magical warmth and tranquility rarely found elsewhere. The perfect tonic for anyone. Congratulations to all the staff who create such a wonderful ambience.

Location was really good. Somehow not far from supermarkets, towns, the airport - lots of great restaurants and places to visit. But still completely relaxed, quiet, filled with birdsong. Serene. The staff are all lovely and really make the difference.

The room we were in was lovely, but as it was in an old farmhouse there was some noise through the door when people went to their rooms or went up/down the stairs. Not a lot, but enough that we could hear it. The room itself was beautiful though with a great terrace on the first floor, a lovely place to lie in the sun.

The room was beautiful but being an older property it clearly suffered from damp and the smell of damp was quite strong. I found it quite difficult to enjoy the room. We went to bed at around 11.30pm 3 times in the night the internal phone rang. The last one being at 3am. By this point I was very fed up and unplugged the phone. So a terrible nights sleep. We had to leave very early the next morning to catch a flight so did not manage to seek explanation of the ringing in the night.
