We planned on staying at a different hotel, but were informed that the hotel gave away the room type we booked, and only had one other option for us (that was not acceptable given we are traveling with a dog. We scrambled to book another room, as we were about 30 minutes away from Abilene at this point, and booked at Home2. The staff member that checked us in last night (around 8 PM) was kind, friendly, and extremely helpful (fixing a TV issue for us). They definitely deserve a raise! We only stayed one night, but the room was clean and comfortable - exactly what we needed after 8 hours of driving.

One of the best Hotel experiences I have had. Check in was a breeze, hotel room was quiet even though I was right by the elevator and very clean. Breakfast was pretty good, the breakfast manager was present and helpful. I did not use pool or gym but they looked nice.

If I had to say something here, the remote did not work very good. It probably just needed new batteries which I did not ask for.

Great window covering, most places too much light come in from outside. Really like the room divider curtains as I get up earlier then my husband it was nice I could divid the room

I would have liked to have had a room safe, as we travel with pistols, don’t like leaving them in a vehicle nor available in a room. The breakfast wasn’t very Good.

The room was very clean and neat. Staff was very friendly. Outside facilities was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The serving time on breakfast ended at 9 am, I think serving time till 10 am would have been a better choice. We enjoyed everything about our stay, would for sure make reservations again!

Rooms are great always comfortable. Feels like home away from home. You can just relax!

Breakfast was ok, bacon always over done. The other Home2 suites in Abilene gave me a welcome bag this one did not. Everything else was great!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast had a great selection, and we enjoyed the free citrus water in the lobby. The king suite was very roomy, and we loved the colorful and modern decor. First time at Home2 Suites...will be a repeat customer.

The bed pillows were too thin and squishy.

Great location, friendly staff - room was clean and functional - I would stay there again!

The bathroom wallpaper wasn't applied correctly and the tile in the bathroom was already showing stains and cracks - should be freshened up

We booked the room last minute and arrived later in the evening. Chris was at the front desk and was soooo nice and engaging. It was exactly what we needed after a long day. The room was perfect for what we needed and the bed was very comfortable.

Clean and modern room. Close to stores and restaurants. Decent sized pool. Impressive gym for a hotel. Good selection for breakfast. Complimentary cucumber water, coffee, tea, and apples in lobby. Helpful and HONEST staff. (I forgot an expensive item in my room and the staff found it and shipped it back to me)

I wish there were more gluten free options for breakfast.

Breakfast was basic but adequate. Plenty of good coffee all day and night.

The walls between rooms were quite thin. We were serenaded with the snoring of someone in the adjacent room.
