We booked 3 rooms, air-conditioning for one of the rooms was broken. There was a fan placed inside the room which means the hotel knew about the broken air-cond, perhaps the hotel should have informed guests upon check in and not take the chance to wait till guests called. When I called, reception first tried to offer a fan which I shared was already in the room. Then reception offered an extra room to sleep for 2 where I actually booked a room for 4. Lucky that my parents are willing to stay in the room with no air-cond so it was still a lucky ending. That was a peak night with the high room rate we paid. Overall, I am still satisfied with the stays just that a bit disappointed with the dishonesty part.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, eg: helped us to look out for suitable night clinic and arranged necessary transportation; as we had no idea where to seek for medical care in a foreign country. Unfortunately that we had to check out one day earlier due to some unforeseen circumstances, they reacted promptly and refunded one day room charge once clarification made through booking.com customer service. Really thankful and appreciate for the warmth services received from the staff. 富有人情味的饭店

The hotspring tub in each room, especially the motel/apartment room. Great location too nearby to Tangweigou Hot Spring Park, restaurants and stores.
Can be pricey depending on time of booking.

The location is very good. The SPA is very good. Because the room in 5F is the same floor for SPA pool, the room is a little bit humid.
The drain pipe has noise when the other room close by is draining the spring bathtub.
