First hotel I have ever stayed at that I wanted to make sure to write a positive review on. I work on the road and stay in a lot of hotels. The staff alone are amazing. And for the price, the rooms are great! They are obviously renovating the rooms as they can so don’t mind a wore dresser or 2. The breakfast had a large array of items to choose from. Parking wasn’t an issue and it’s conveniently located by Walmart , food, and fuel. The manager constantly checked on me and accommodate me. I felt safe leaving items in my room while gone. And they perfected the room service. From making the bed to making sure the towels where plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel because my experience was highly satisfying. Thanks budgetel!

I didn’t dislike anything but my only suggestion would be a better laundry room.

I was very impressed by the staff who were ever friendly, helpful and professional. There were no hidden charges even for extra service, and the free breakfast was just right for a budget inn. Staff gave the impression of being a family.

Not being able to stay longer. I have zero complaints, and staff gave me reason to appreciate them. I didn't notice any extra facilities, but I didn't need any and would not have wanted to pay for what I never used.

Room was small, but very clean and big enough. Everything worked, was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and efficient. Would stay here again.

The location is good, easy to get in and out of. The room was perfectly clean and presentable, check in was expedient, and there was no issue getting into the room or logging onto the WiFi. Overall, a top notch stay.

The hospitality, it appeared to be owner operated and they were pleasant and accommodating.

Reality is this is not a high end hotel. We were looking for budget friendly and so the hotel was older. If you’re high maintenance hate seeing a cricket or 2, little worn items, then this is not for you.

The management was extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. They provided a very good breakfast and it was ready at 6 am. They also had coffee ready at 5:30 am. If I am ever in Ft. Scott again, I will be staying there again. Also, the price was very good 👍

Friendliness of staff, CLEANLINESS!!! It was, by far, the cleanest, most well kept, $60/night hotel I've ever been to.

Very friendly and the room was great. Security did not seem to be a problem. They upgraded from queen to king with no charge. I didn't even ask for that

My wife said the bead was too soft, but it was fine for me.

Owner was incredibly friendly. We got in late, nearly midnight, and he was as welcoming as if we'd showed up at 3 o'clock. I called ahead to warn of our late arrival, and he even cautioned us about deer on the road and encouraged me not to rush so we could be extra careful.

Heater was loud, but it kept us nice and warm.
