The hotel is centrally located to restaurants, as well as shops. It is also close to some of the bases, if you are traveling to the island to visit a loved one that is stationed there. Camps Foster, Lester, Futenma, and Kadena Air Base are all just a short drive away. The room was exceptionally clean. The in-room washer and dryer were very useful. Beds were comfortable and clean. Air conditioning worked well. You can let yourself and your guests in at any time by using a code at the front door of the property and then an individual code for your room.

Parking spots are a little small, but that comes with being in Japan.

I liked that the beds were comfortable, there was a kitchen that came WITH utensils and things to cook with like pots and pans. They supplied towels, washer, dryer & detergent. There was a be quiet at night rule which I really liked. You didnt have to keep up with a key to get into your room. You just had to remember the code that was special to you. This isn't your normal hotel, I stayed multiple times because I like the set up. Only room when u book the room with a balcony it will be a tight squeeze but the balcony was awesome.

It's not what I didn't like its just some things people should know before staying there. 1. If you stay for a long period of time you will have to pay to get your room cleaned. 2. Towels are supplied for you, if you want fresh ones from them, you will have to pay. A washer and dryer is provided, so wash your own towels. 3. There is not front desk service after a certain point, if you need something you better ask for it when you get there. Oh yes, parking can be a hassle.

The room was VERY comfortable and spacious, and included a couch, balcony, washer and dryer (washer was about 40 minutes, dryer was about 70-80 minutes to get 98% of things dry). I liked that there were plugs to charge electronics on the headboard of each bed. The beds were fantastic! Location is really good if you need to be near Araha Beach. It is a 15-minute walk to American Village.

The only issue we had during our stay was that the bathtub drain became very slow by our 3rd day. I asked someone to fix it, and they responded. However, when we tried to schedule a time, they did not respond again, so the issue didn't get fixed before we left. Also, this place is best if you have access to a car.

It was close to Araha beach and 20 mins walk from American Village. Somewhat central. The room was spacious and had everything, laundry was nice.

It was fine but they could improve on the cleaning. There was a cigarette bud in the elevator for 2 days in a row and no one cleaned it. There was also food scraps in the parking lot that was that there for 3 days and it wasn’t cleaned up.

I like the easiness of checking in and checking out. What I appreciate most is having parking available.

My children are practically adults so when I requested a room for 3, it was to my surprise that there were two pillows on one small bed. We made it work but we would have been more comfortable with an extra set of blankets for the pullout sofa.

Convenient area, own parking space, no traffic outside of building, and secured. The room was spacious for two people and the room was nice. Bathroom was neat, big shower/bath area and even better that there was a washer and dryer in room. Good price for all. Enjoyed the property very much.

Location was nice, close to the beach and close to the bus station. Also not that far from the american village. Room was really spacious for the japanese standard. We had also our own kitchen and wasching maschine.

There was no cleaning servis.

Beach location was just minutes away, along with convenient stores like 7/11. Bus stop is also nearby. Everything was included such as laundry detergent, bath accessories

there is a washing machine and a dryer, a couch a coffee table and some hangers, and useful utensils. Araha Beach its very nice and it's only a couple of blocks away, for the price and the distance to the beach its quite valueble for the money.

There is no convenience store near the hotel, and finding coffee in the morning is expensive, or far away.

Great location as it was close to Camp Butler/Camp Foster. Spacious room & I loved having the stove burner, full size fridge, dishes to use & a washer & dryer to use to clean clothes. Plenty of parking!

Nothing! My stay was great & I had an excellent time. I would rent from this location again if I am ever back again.
