The bungalows were well-situated, very close to a little river that you can jump into and refresh yourself after a sauna, the beach and the street with shops and restaurants. The houses were quite clean and each house had a set of tableware for 4 people, towels, bedding, shampoo and soap. The sound isolation inside the house was quite good when the windows are closed. The administration staff were very friendly and hospitable. It is also clear that this place is for families and people seeking peace and quiet, as there was a rule for keeping quiet between 7:00 and 22:00.

The only downsides I would say was that you were not supposed to put toilet paper into the toilet and that you would need to make sure to keep the bathroom door open at all times as it stays very humid in there. Towels and swimsuits are best hung outside on a clothing line, otherwise they would not dry well. During the night when it is 15C outside, it can be a bit chilly in the bungalow.

I loved everything! The kitchen was great, all the furniture needed was there and it was clean, comfortable and overall great for the rest next to the sea in comfort.

While the experience itself was very good, but it would have been better if there was a heater in the facility, as it was only 12°C outside at night and frankly speaking it was so cold inside during the night, that we even refrained from taking a shower in the evening afraid we would catch cold.

Very close to the beach and river, houses fully equipped with kitchen stuff, close to main street with shops and restaurants, kids playground, BBQ areas, benches by the river, bunnies to feed, basketball court, private parking. Beautiful surroundings

Towels on request only, no hair dryer, on weekends gets much more busy and noisy, recommend coming during week days. Staff friendly but also pushy when it comes to check out day, on our last day( Friday night) new neighbours got very loud and although staff lived in the same house they said they didn’t hear anything. Houses got very hot on a sunny day with no AC and had to leave all windows open which didn’t feel very safe

When I booked, I was under an impression there was a separate lounge area. However, the bungalo was only one large room. There was a TV, but it was very small, very high on the wall and practically useless. Despite this the facilities were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. You have to be very careful to cover food and not leave the food out. On the second day the ants made their way to the kitchenett and the counter. There were not too many and they were easy to manage, but that was a little unnerving.

Very good location, 3 minutes walk to the beach, the houses is on the riverside where you can go fishing. The room is small but very good planed with everything you need - small kitchen, bedrooms separated by curtains.

The shower is very small and not very comfortable.

It’s located ina comfortable teritory. Village type. Cosy and comfortable. We stayed with children. It’s nise that there is a playground for small ones. Really nice to spend time and enjoy new vacation friendships :) Teritory is clean. Staff is helpfull.

We stayed in the apartment in obe of big houses (there are seperate small houses in the teritory as well). The walls and seilings are so thin or the air gap is not filled with anything, that you can heat your neighbours sneezing. Also, we stayed at a very hot period of summer, so air conditioning would have been really good refreshment… though it was no air conditioning and that wasn’t comfortable.

This was our third time in Vičiūnai. We loved our water villa – amazing location, spotlessly clean, and a super friendly host. The internet was good, and the water was always hot. Highly recommended 👌

They don't provide towels, no wine glasses

Excellent location, near to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Enjoyed their parking rules a lot (everybody has their own parking place). Rooms are well equipped and quite modern. Good playing yard for children. Silent hours.

Stairs to the apts on the second floor is a bit high and dangerous for children, adults should control children on stairs. River is right near the apts, so you must control your children.

Excellent location, very quiet and lovely place for families.

I would say that the only minus was - bathroom. The shower doesn't have a divider from the toilet. Only a shower curtain but the floor gets wet everywhere. Very unpleasant.

Close to the sea, good location. The apartments are good, clean and pretty well maintained. The place is calm, enlven though there are many people in the campus.

The walls are a bit thin, I could hear people snoring in the below apartment. No heating in the bathrooms, so you have to dry towels in the balcony.
