Staff was very friendly and helpful and managed to get two rooms that could communicate one with the other. Someone even offered chocolates to the children. Decoration for Christmas was very nice. Breakfast brunch was very nice and complete. Rooms were big (level 2 rooms) and classy. Bed very comfy. Shower was big enough for two (kids) with a lot of water pressure. Casino is really through the hotel hall and attached to the hotel: a jacket is not even needed.

Friendly welcome of staff, modern, clean hotel room. Good parking and close to various restaurants. Overall, great value.

The bathroom shower was not working correctly, being jammed on very hot, so unusable (faulty thermostat). Reception offered to change rooms, but we had just completed unpacking so decided to use the bath instead

The room had a very good size and the bed wa super confortable. We stay there only for a couple of busy days but recommend when visiting the area because the location and the facilities are super nice. We were on the top floors and the view to the forest was also cool. We will go back when in the area and try the spa.

very Good Hotel with everything you need around in only 2 minutes walk. The breakfast has all the necessary and good quality. People are really kind and a big thanks for this.

Decoration of the room and some materials needed to be changed; as towels (one cracked in my hand without a major effort ), some finishing materials of bathroom.

The hotel looks good, it’s located in a quiet, green area, next to the casino and with several good restaurants around (Chinese, Japanese). The breakfast was rich in pastries of very good quality.

Although the breakfast was ok, we were surprised that there were no vegetables/salads at all. The assortment of salamis and cheese was quite limited. All this for 18 EUR per person.

Lovely hotel, comfy beds and nicely decorated. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Loads of free parking right outside. The hotel doesn't do evening meals but there's plenty of choices nearby. Access to the casino is off the lobby if you want to go.

All staff members we had contact with were friendly, welcoming and professional. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. It was good to have ample parking.

We would have liked a better choice of tea and coffee in the room. The room itself was at the back of the hotel and overlooked a large roof (so there was no view) with noisy air conditioning units.

Clean. Good breakfast. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room was very nice and spacious for a family of 4. Very close to the zoo, which was the purpose of our visit. Ample parking available.
