The room was far bigger than I had imagined. I chose a private room with a private bathroom. I was only in Hanoi for one night before taking an international flight and therefore was simply looking for somewhere to sleep overnight. The bathroom was extremely large, with toiletries and amenities. It was bigger than the 4* hotel I’d stayed at in Hanoi when I initially started my trip weeks before! The bed was extremely comfortable and the hostel was very close to the airport. My favourite part was the value for money as I paid less than £20 for a room and airport transfers!

Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding with my airport pick up as I flew in domestically. The driver was waiting for me in international arrivals so it was difficult to find him. My flight had been delayed so I arrived tired and hungry and it was so late I was unable to find any food. The driver was very gracious about it and apologised for the misunderstanding. The hotel even gave me slightly more money in change when I paid my bill. The window in the bathroom didn’t close so it was very cold, however this wasn’t too much of a problem as I was in and out within 8 hours. All in all, these issues did not ruin my stay.

Amazing location for the airport. Very friendly 24h staff, free breakfast and spacious dorms and great private rooms. Very good value for money, I met some great people there.

For me this wasn’t a issue but it is a 30 minute drive from the hotel to ‘beer street’, having said this Grab taxis are available at any hour. I even returned home at 1:30am with NO issues.

Location is great if you have an early or late arrival/departure flight. The hotel will work with you to arrange a driver for pickup, which was especially appreciated for me because I arrived a little after midnight. They made the arrival/check-in process stress free for me!

I booked a number of other transportation and tours with this hotel when I arrived. All in all, it went pretty well. However, they charged me $10 per night for a private room instead of a shared room while I was doing the Ha Giang loop. Of course the homestays along the way didn't even offer private rooms. They also tried charging me $10 per night for a private room for my Halong Bay cruise. I refused and ended up with a private room anyway because my cruise didn't offer shared rooms. I would rate them as a 10 if it weren't for this dishonesty.

i like that its near the airport.going to city from the hostel is never been a problem coz grab is there..the room is clean and prepared..evrythn was provided including oral ammenity and shaver.also how did they know that i need a travel adapter..its also avail in the room.for that i save money instead of buying one.

nothing all is well thought of

the staff were nice and the room was very clean and large ,hot water shower. Room is near the airport so conveniant for a quick stay or if flight is in not regular hours. Room is near the highway can hear if trucks honk,but not too noisy. Beds were very soft and comfortable.

Eric the host and his excellent staff provided a family feeling a generousity beyond belief the rooms are comfortable and relaxing I would highly recommend staying for more than one night because around the corner is an untouched Vietnamese village not spoiled by tourism where you WILL feel welcomed and love

Best hotel in all of Vietnam! My home away from home! Love it! Knowledgeable staff help with airport transfers to make them safe and easy. In-hotel travel agent can arrange your travels throughout Vietnam at no cost! Wow!

The property was very clean and had many modern amenities. The rooms even come equipped with color changing LED lights. I was also able to receive help from the tremendous staff here. Dung the manager did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of. He was able to give me a SIM card, affordable transportation to the airport and around the city, and book tours to nearby places like Ha Giang, Sapa, and Halong Bay. Booking tours was extremely easy and all the headaches usually associated with planning were nonexistent.

Great value for money ,The staff was welcoming and really helpful to arrange airport pickup and drop-off! The room was big and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend for a short or longer stay. The owner is super kind and trustworthy. Thanks for everything!

Quiet but good for relaxed

The manager of the hotel is really helpful. Due to the Chinese president stay in Vietnam, we got stuck in the traffic and nearly missed our flight. We came back to the hotel and the manager took the 2 of us on his motorbike and we were able to reach the airport in 10 minutes and catch our flight. I totally recommend this hotel !
