It was very clean, comfortable and modern

Theres no shuttle transfer after 23.30. I booked the hotel considering the closeness to the airport, which seems to be walking distance, but it isn't, and I ended up taking an Uber. Buses were impossible to navigate. The hotel should provide a more extensive shuttle service or better clarity on how to get buses, which was not provided.

Good quality hotel for the price. Well equiped gym. Very close to the airport but not walkable. Not many amineties nearby.

Right next to the airport with very regular bus shuttles. So easy to get a good night sleep between flights

Cost of alcohol. This was at least offset by happy hour!

Rooms are a little small but very well laid out and perfect for my needs.

The room was cool and clean and close to the airport and the air was clean (no smoke). We arrived after midnight and had a terrible time trying to get to the hotel but once there, we were in bed and asleep quickly. The breakfast was magnificent but very high priced at $25 USD per person compared to the $3 USD per person we experience in Bali the prior 3 weeks.

The bed was very hard. The only reason I slept was from pure exhaustion and I only managed to get 5 hours of sleep at that before my back was sore. I told them we were arriving late and did not get any instructions on how to get there so we spent over an hour wandering around the airport trying to find transportation. Complimentary shuttles stopped at 11pm and our flight arrived after midnight. I was almost ready to give up and just sleep on the floor at the airport.

The staff greeted us with a smile. She has upgraded our room to one which can be connected to the next room, otherwise the original room is quite small. In any case, we enjoyed the upgrade. Thank you! The Concierge staff were also very helpful and courteous. Thank you!

The hotel location is not very convenient and is a bit far from the shopping area and MTR (Tung Chung). Shuttle service to Tung Chung is infrequent - only once per hour. Imagine standing in the heat for 15 min waiting for the shuttle to come, not to mention the shuttle was nearly 10 min late. The shuttle can be more frequent - at leat match the similar hotels in the area which provide once every half an hour service. That said, the frequency for the shuttle to the airport is adequate.

The location was superb very near the airport but kinda far from the main city. If you are planning for few hours travel with layover this hotel is the best option. Their Hotel to airport Shuttle bus was very convenient and clean and they follow the bus schedule on the dot. Which was very helpful for a first time traveller in HKG. The Hotel Lobby, reception the Restaurant were excellent the service was quick and straight forward. The team were very helpful when I made the booking with special request for my family. Thank you.

The Room was small but decent clean and complete with amenities. The lobby is quite crowded but receptionist were calm and very helpful.

Very clean, comfy bed and plenty of space in the room. Close enough (5 min taxi/bus) ride from the airport.

A bit of friendliness goes a long way, but at this place the staff are lacking it. I sent 3 messages asking about the pick up from airport (which was mentioned as complimentary during the booking process), but I didn't receive a response to this particular question. It turned out that their shuttle bus runs until 11.30pm only, no service at night (and I learned this only on arrival after taking a taxi from the airport) - ok fine, but why not tell me clearly about the bus schedule when I was asking for it?? And give a simple instruction that the blue taxi (there are different types) is needed (payment cash only), to make it a little bit easier after the 13 hour flight at 1 o'clock at night?

Stylish, bright room which I like, we also had a good sea view. Comfortable bed for us but we prefer a firm bed others may find it hard. The room was very quiet not a sound from the aircraft taking off. The blackout curtains were excellent at keeping out early morning sun. We had an evening meal on the ground floor restaurant, hotel prices but they were giving 40% off for guests. The meal was very good indeed, hot and freshly prepared. The staff were exceptional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a wander around the hotel, it is very large,on the top is the sky view. Nice to walk there, great views over the area and aircraft taking off. We were flying the next morning so we arrived at the airport and got the shuttle bus to the hotel and back to the airport the next morning. Nice service.

The only thing we didn't like was the shower wasn't very clean.
