It was very clean, comfortable and modern

Theres no shuttle transfer after 23.30. I booked the hotel considering the closeness to the airport, which seems to be walking distance, but it isn't, and I ended up taking an Uber. Buses were impossible to navigate. The hotel should provide a more extensive shuttle service or better clarity on how to get buses, which was not provided.

Good quality hotel for the price. Well equiped gym. Very close to the airport but not walkable. Not many amineties nearby.

The hotel is super convenient if you have a layover since it is connected to the Hong Kong International Airport. There are English signage from the airport to the hotel and a 24-hour desk.

The only thing is that there is no 24-hour room service and that all onsite restaurants shut around 9pm/10pm so if you are arriving late you will have to consider ordering a delivery or you can get snacks or pot noodles at the vending machine.

The hotel is very well connected with the airport. There is a shuttle bus going every half an hour and it takes around 5 minutes to arrive to the hotel. The checking was a very smooth. The hotel room, it's a new. It was very clean with good decoration, comfortable bed and pillows and good pressure shower. It has a quite complete gym room open 24h, and the buffet breakfast was worth it, considering HK prices. You get a 15% discount in the 3 restaurants for being a Hotel guess, and 30% discount in the second meal. They let me prolong the checkout until 13h with no cost.

Nothing to report, it was a fair deal for the price it costed me of 130€/night

I requested a few folding chairs for our suite, which had been rented in order to also be available to double as an occasional meeting room for our team attending an Asia World exhibition. A couple staff members said essentially a typical "mei banfa 没办法“ until I asked for a manager to make the same request. They then said the same "mei banfa" until I asked for their name. Then they said maybe it was possible and they would look further into it. About ten minutes later they said they found some stools that could be used and I said that was great. So high compliments to them for actually coming through with a solution! But also a slightly bad review for how much I had to go to to ultimately have a request fulfilled that would be fairly typical for a hotel attached to a convention center.

The hotel is close to the airport with a free shuttle service. The lobby area is large and comfortably furnished and the Concierge was very helpful. We had a long wait for our flight and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel all day after we checked out. The hotel is a short taxi ride to the cable car terminal which was a bonus. The Chinese restaurant where we ate in the evening served delicious food. The bedroom was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Our room was quite small and there wasn’t enough room for our suitcases but it was fine for an overnight stay. It would have been nice if the restaurants and bar had been open a bit later. We only just managed to get a meal before they closed.

A Wonderful Stay Every detail was thoughtfully considered—there was everything I needed, from a kettle for my morning tea to fresh towels and quality shampoo. The bed was absolutely amazing, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a cozy and well-appointed room, this is the place to be! Also the water bottles are eco friendly no need to waste plastic 🥰🥰🥰🥰

There was NO ROOM SERVICE 😣😣food I checked in late not too late around 830pm they have restaurant near the lobby but the music was sooooo loud the singer was OK but I wanted a peaceful night order room service relax also Hong Kong has laws you can’t smoke even on the roof out door you have to go freaking road! UGHHHHHHHH that is not their fault but it just made this amazing place a bit of yuk for smokers!

I only stayed at Regala Skycity Hotel for one night during a layover, but it was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I thought check-in wasn’t until 3 PM, but I arrived early at 8 AM, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, checking me in with no extra fees—such a great start to my stay! The corridors to the rooms felt like a bit of a maze due to the sheer number of rooms, but once inside, the experience was fantastic. The Sky Deck was a lovely, peaceful spot where I could watch planes take off from the airport all day. I even had a great view of the planes from my room, which was a nice bonus. The room itself was spacious, modern, and well-designed, with plenty of mirrors, a nice desk, a TV, and a kettle for tea and coffee. The room was a perfect temperature when I arrived and stayed consistently comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, and I found it interesting that there was a space to hang clothes inside the shower—something I’d never seen before. There were also plenty of free amenities, and I loved that you could request additional items straight from your phone. The hotel also had vending machines on some floors, though they only accepted Octopus cards, Alipay, etc. There is a lovely huge swimming pool too but I don't think it was open during this time of year. The staff were very welcoming, and the lobby was a nice place to relax while waiting for transport. I made full use of the free shuttle bus service to and from Tung Chung, which made for a great day at Citygate Outlets, as well as the direct shuttle to Terminal 1 at the airport—super convenient and they run regularly. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would absolutely stay here again!
