Our 1st room was not made, can happen, but we hat to queue 2 times and the only excuse was a pepsi max. Ok better then nothing ;-) The sauna (witch is a bit cold) needs a bit of rules like not going in with dripping wet knee long surf shorts and sitting and sweating on the wood with no towel under the but.

I liked the location and the cleanliness.

I stayed for a couple of days and was ordering an omelette during the breakfast buffet every morning. The hotel also had a sign put on for the guests that wanted to order an omelette. The staff who worked at the kitchen (the main chef) didn't want to prepare it on weekends. He said we do it only on weekdays. This information was not on the banner and when I told him this, he took away the banner/sign.

Breakfast was great. Once my room situation was straightened out everything was great. The person at the front desk was very helpful and very friendly.

My initial room had not been cleaned since the last person who slept there. Bed had been used and dirty towels on the floor. But once I reported the issue it was resolved very promptly.

The room had everything you need. Loved the mirror just outside the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Great breakfast, with everything you could wish for on breakfast.

Floor tiles of the bathroom, the design of the tiles looks like the floor is dirty with stuff on the floor.

Well appointed modern room, comfortable beds, good location. Parking house for very fair price next door. A fe steps from the compact center of town. Smart ambience - if you like the half-lit dark style in public spaces, halls and rooms that is fashionable at the moment in Scandinavia. Nice with a decent (Swedish priced though) bar in the entrance zone.

Breakfast the weakest part of the stay - nicely presented, but cheapest quality of each and every item available, esp. the bread was extremely poor, cold cuts and cheeese very limited too. Breakfast staff overwhelmed (might be due to the holiday season?). Sauna zone fresh and with great showers - promising heated pool, but only accessible by going outside, which you don't at minus 10 celsius.

The glass wall separating the shower is too narrow so water splashes out. The hallway (carpet?) has a strange smell (but thankfully the room smelled fine)

Incredibly clean and comfortable.

We ended up getting a parking ticket because the instructions for parking were not clear. It would really help if this hotel had designated free parking for guests.

There were two pillows, big one was good but not confy, the small one was too small and soft. Great breakfast but some labeling of the food description were missing.

Wow the property is at the citi center with a perfect view to canal , the beds were very comfy especially the pillows .. they had all ritual products , I personally liked and felt like home ..

Pets are allowed including at the breakfast as long as they're discreet. However not at the restaurant for dinner/lunch, but they can provide room-service-like-takeaway (no real room service but you get actual plates and cutlery as well as help carrying it to the room; so better than takeaway!) Restaurant had amazing food and the breakfast was to die for! Overall the staff was really helpful and friendly. Will likely book again.

Unfortunately Pets, no matter how small and quiet, are not allowed in the Restaurant which makes Lunch/Dinner a bit boring. On sunny days you are allowed to sit outside on the rooftop with your pet so that can be an alternative.
