The location is great, the room was fine. I don't have much to say. It was an average room, overall we were satisfied with everything. However it wasn't a stunning room/stay.

There was nothing that would be terribly wrong with this stay. Just tiny bits that could be improved. The mattress was slightly dipped so we were rolling into the middle at night. The blanket was also a little synthetic so it was either too hot or too cold. We missed free dinner as we arrived at 10 pm, so had to eat out but I guess it's not the hotel's fault but they could leave some kind of sandwich not something because dinner was included. The room was just a little outdated.

There were renovations going on to make improvements. It wasnt too disruptive but it meant there was no where to sit in reception area. The view from our room was of a flat roof. Considering the hotel wasn’t full it would have been nice to get a room with a view

Good breakfast. Wonderful staff in reception, so helpful and nice. My little Iida dog got good service from Ladys in reception and Iida want to thank you and she send to you greetings,

Parking carage was very near, but parking there was a little bit tight.

Nice hotel in the centre of town. Parking on the street (10SEK/h).

The dinner was included in the price, but we arrived after 8pm, and at that time the kitchen was closed ... this information was not known to us beforehand.

got a room at the road side near the entrance of some nightclub. As a guest who is traveling for work they could have given me a more quiet room.

Wonderful staff and the hotel looks good and comfy and the hotel room was very good! Breakfast, fika, and dinner included, which was fantastic!

Near to everything in town, you don’t need to pay extra for afternoon tea and dinner, you feel at home. Cleanliness. Quite.

The beds are small.

The centreal location and the easy parking. The hotel staff was very nice and helpfull.

It was way too expensive, same level of comfort will cost 700-800 swedish crowns in other cities around Sweden.

The breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were nicely designed and roomy!

The rooms are hot during the summer, but that’s to be expected in Sweden. So it really isn’t a complaint

Superb breakfast, very friendly staff, Fika included and good dinner. Easy walking distance from the train station.

Not much for vegetarians at the dinner buffet
