I gave full scores on the questions listed on above. It was perfect hotel I've ever stayed so far!! Although airport was far, the hotel gave good access to the restaurants, supermarket, and the train station. The room was comfortable as if I was staying at my own home. Breakfast was good, Gym was satisfactory. Furthermore, the fact that I can use the washing machine for free, was strong advantage for me: I was staying in this town for 3 weeks with clothes for only 7 days, and cannot find any laundry shops nearby. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone else making an itinerary onto Sundsvall.

Location, cozyness, restaurant were great to enjoy. Offer free sparkling water and some biscuits as snacks for free. Ambience is a bit dark, but cozy and interesting.

The room sizes are quite small, ranging from 10 to 12 square meters. That's very small and uncomfortable. It is part of the construction, hardly it will change. Building is fully made of wood, some noise from other rooms are sometimes hearable through the walls. Not a big issue, but it is there.

Breakfasts were delicious and very varied, we were delighted with the waffle station and local products. Great gym with sauna right next door to it. The room was large, quiet and cozy (window not facing the street), everything fresh and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Checkout possible until 12. Ideal location for exploring the city on foot.

The best breakfast in Sundsvall. Staffs were friendly and much helpful. The family room was high ceiling and comfortable for a couple with kid. The bathroom was spacious. Gym was good and clean.

I stay in a single room the ceiling was a quite lower than the family room.

I loved my beautiful room. Very comfortable bed. Gorgeous bathroom. Lovely restaurant. Excellent food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved my stay and am looking forward to coming back!

hotel and facilities are great, good location

parking is always a pain as it has to be paid and the time for payment 08h00 doesnt match typical checkout time. Parking voucher should be in the rate. room is a bit sparse / cold relative to the actual hotel standard

The Breakfast was exceptionally good, and well tended by the staff, nothing ran out, everything was super fresh.

The desk in the room was a bit cramped next to phone, tea-tray and hotel stuff. I wanted to use my workstation and had to "adios" all the clutter before being able to start.

The breakfast was great. The sauna does the job. The gym is very cool!

The parking situation was a bit confusing due to a construction site. The rooms are also quite noise, you basically hear other guest snoring in the night!

This is my kind of hotel. Boutique, clean, comfortable, great buffet breakfast, a la carte restaurant, pleasant staff.

Comfy beds. Clean. Excellent location and very polite and friendly staff. One of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen.

We had a room at 4th floor. No view from the room, so keep that in mind if you want that.
