You couldn’t ask for a better location. The staff was very nice and helpful.

When we first arrived, the ice machine was down. The first morning we had to wait a long time for breakfast items. By the second day both issues were fixed.

The beds felt like home.

The water was running out of the tub slow. So it had a quiet delay in going down the drain. Meaning I had to shower in my own soap scum. "How gross" I reported it to the front desk they said they would send someone up we stayed there for four days bathing like that. Not comfortable at all.

I have stayed there many times...The location is excellent...Front staff pleasant...Some of the facilities in the room could do with some improvement...eg...the toilet paper holder was almost detached when I got there...When I arrived the 2 packets of coffee was in the water section of the percolator all wet...it was never replenished...spent 3 nights, the room was never cleaned don't know if it's a new policy....elevator is pretty old and slow but I guess it's the only one for the entire hotel....I sometimes get the impression it will break down one day.. Breakfast is not bad but you could have some variety every now and then...For all my stays it's the same. Having said the above I will return to La Quinta for my next stay. Rafi Mohammed

The staff was nice,property was very clean,room was clean,except for a bunch of little tiny sugar ants all around the phone and table the phone sits on.

I was very pleased because for breakfast I could get eggs, sausages, waffle etc and it was good. Coffee and tea is available in the lobby 24/7 so that was great also. I love the location because the Mall, Target, restaurants and shops at the Fountains - Kohls, Red Lobster, Chilis, Olive Garden etc are all there at your fingertips, even the Contour Day Spa next door.

I don't particularly like that I have to request for my room to be cleaned but I do understand that this was implemented during the pandemic (Covid 19) and has continued. At least it gives you more privacy and the option to not be disturbed by housekeeping.

On our road-trip around south Florida we arrived here, late, after a full day at Kennedy Space center and then a three-hour drive south - and for shopping at Sawgrass mills the day after. Plantation was maybe the most humid place of our entire trip, but the hotel was cool and cosy and the staff friendly. Didn't manage to get an enough pillows or towels for all four of us, though, until we asked house-keeping. Minor quibble. Room, bathroom and beds were large but, as in almost all hotels we stayed along the way, the AC was noisy and rattly. The hotel itself was quiet and calm and fit our needs completely. Breakfast was fully adequate but why oh why is everything (in America?) single-use styrofoam, paper and plastic?

I had been contacted, along the way by several different hotels that we had booked, to pre-check-in in order to "expedite the check-in process" and for this hotel i finally relented but...to no avail. I filled in everything, ticked all the boxes, answered all the questions and even had a request. None of these were apparently registered or taken into consideration. This was just a minor annoyment and not meant as a critique of the hotel or staff on-site, as they didn't receive any of this information, it's more intended as a pointer for La Quinta/Wyndham to perhaps have a look at how this works/doesn't work.

The water in the bathroom was inviting. I had clean sheets to sleep on which I am a big fan of clean bed linen. I appreciate getting breakfast in the mornings. The passsages were clean and smell fresh all the time. The place was so quiet I enjoyed every day. I will definately spend another time there.

I wish I had more options at breakfast.

It was better than I expected I loved to come out and eat breakfast by the window the staff were so friendly..the young lady who replenishes and wipes down the breakfast area so nice.. Caroline the manager of house keeping was so accommodating and the young lady who checked us in I felt welcomed relaxed and at home I also love the location it's near two big malls

Location, parking and room size

Room not serviced unless you ask. Even during a 5 night stay. Even then, items not replenished. Had to ask at reception for coffee, soap etc… Door lock changed during our stay and lots of dust in the room not cleared until we asked!! One day no breakfast direct no delivery!! Fire alarm went off at 5.30am. No tannoy announcement, so not sure what to do.
