Location is really good and close to everything, apartment was clean and comfortable. Man on the reception was so helpfull he reccomended such a nice places to visit. All in all really nice experience I would reccomend. :)

I would prefer if there was sponge and soap for washing the dishes included, but on the last day I realised you can buy some at the reception.

Amazing place for the perfect vacation in Elba. Central, quiet location, very easy to reach from all over the island and perfect if you are by car. The hosts were SUPER friendly and flexible. Our studio with kitchen was perfect, the other facilities like the swimming pool, table tennis etc were great. Cannot recommend this place enough and we will definitely be coming back!! We were a couple but it also seemed very family-friendly.

Just to say something : maybe the breakfast options could be extended a bit more than just croissants. For the rest we liked everything!

The pool was really great and we used the terrace very often. You can have a breakfast with delicious cornetos and coffea. The playgarden for the kids is as well nice. The host was very friendly.

The bathroom is quite small and with small kids it was not so easy but doable. The apartment could be a bit cleaner, especially in the corners.

You can rent umbrellas for free. Parking space reserved per apartment.

Our studio was below a bar, it was super noisy, you could hear every step, people moving chairs, children running around. Some people had parties late at night, singing, shouting, it was difficult to sleep. The area is full of mosquitos, and there were no insect nets on windows. No air conditioner, just a ventilator with 1 cm of dust on it, you can be sure to get asthma if you turn it on. It was not clean. It does not provide even basics, like dish cleaning solution or sponge, had to buy everything. Compared to other places where I stayed, this is extremely overpriced for what it is.

The pool, the location and surroundings

The lack of airconditioning, the appartement was tiny for a family of 5 plus dog. No living room area, not possible to properly relax at the appartement.

This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. All facilities are extremely outdated, the rooms aren’t comfortable, there’s zero noise isolation, which means you’ll be constantly awakened if your upstairs neighbors decide to move chairs or use the bathroom. Our room’s view was the door of the shared toilet and the noisy road. There are a bunch of extra draconic rules that are messaged to you after the booking is made (not sure if that’s even legally binding or fair), including fines for not washing the dishes properly or not cleaning the apartment at check out. Interestingly, you aren’t given any detergent or even towels - both can be purchased/rented at the reception. I find this combination of hidden rules and paid standard amenities to be utterly ridiculous. Worst of all, after the checkout I have received a message from the administration urging me to give a positive feedback anyway, regardless of how the quality of the stay was perceived. Here’s what I really think: yes, pandemic makes everything tougher for the hospitality industry, but this doesn’t make dated and unreasonably organized hotel any less ridiculous. I truly think it would take more than extorting money from the guests for the towels to save this property - it needs a major renovation and a complete facelift. Right now I cannot recommend this place to anyone in their mind.
