Only a 20 minute walk from the nearest S-bahn, great convenience store and drinks store next door. No need to have staff clean or make beds every day if you don’t require it. were expecting your room to be ready immediately. There is no air con, but you can buy a fan; we managed without one during 25 degree days if you keep the window open throughout the day.

Our hair dryer was broken, the shower was also kind of broken (only worked if you angle it at one corner of the cubicle). Check in opened at 3pm but despite arriving after 3, our room was not ready until 3:45pm which was fine as we were able to wait in the front room but could be frustrating if you

The hotel operates without a traditional reception — everything is digital. Guests receive a PIN code to access both the building and the room. There is an underground garage, as well as free parking available in front of the hotel. It's also worth mentioning how understanding and patient the hotel was when I experienced a serious issue with my car — not just a flat tire, but a completely damaged one. Their flexibility truly helped me handle the situation calmly and efficiently. Thank you again!

The room was a little warm, as the weather during our stay was quite hot, but opening the window solved the problem.

Good solution for a stop&go stay outside the city. The room was basic, but with all the basic equipment present, The location was perfect for my needs, close to the motorway. Appreciated the free underground garage! There are a couple of restaurants nearby and a very convenient REWE supermarket in the same building. Also the bakery has all you need for a nice breakfast. The automated check-in and electronic keys were also easy to use. Good value for money.

The bathroom door was very heavy and hard to open. The holder of the shower head was not stable and would need to be repaired. The quality of the hand-soap could be improved. The shower soap was good.

Everything was great. We stopped here overnight while driving through Munich. The hotel is conveniently located right near the highway. The room was very clean. Check-in and check-out are fully remote, and I didn’t see any staff during our stay. There is a small bakery and a grocery shop in the same building, making it easy to have breakfast and grab something for the trip.

The only two things I would improve are the lack of hot water and the pillows. The water in the shower was just warm, and the pillows were uncomfortable, more like a bag.

The staff are friendly especially the cleaners, always smiling very approachable. Despite arriving a day before our schedule booking the receptionist was able to identified two rooms for us. our booking start on the 18th to the 27th. However, we gain time and arrived at the hotel earlier on the 17th and she was able to cater for us; Bravo.

The cooling of the room, we were there during the summer so the temperature nearly hit the ceiling though it goes down in the morning. I will recommend an AC or a cooler.

It was great to have a good facility for food so close. I found lovely lady on reception who helped me with check in which I’m so glad about.

The screen check in was awful (turns out it wasn’t working, but no advice and number on window didn’t get help), I found someone in reception but others were left with no way to get into their room for hours. You need to make it clearer for foreigners.

No staff available to help us during our stay. Had issues to complete payment during the online check-in from phones. Luckily it worked on the kiosk terminal they had on the ground floor. No frills hotel. Even a kettle is extra charge. No fridge or mugs provided

Loved the self-check-in. Room was clean. Lots of free parking places underground.

The ventilation system in the bathroom was always running, which is understandable, but the perpetual white noise isn't our favorite thing. The bathroom door was rather hard to open (impossible for the kid) and there wasn't any door block to keep it open. It slammed pretty hard when closing. You could hear the neighbors talking in the hall and their room and bathroom doors slamming.

The room was superbly clean and spacious, the bed super comfortable and the bathroom super clean. Everything worked amazingly. The shower was spacious and much better than most accommodations I've stayed in. It was amazing value for money. The self check in was easy to use too.

The location was not perfect, it's a bit out of the way but we could access transport relatively easily

Hotel super close to the highway. Very comfortable, that you can prepare everything online and you dont need any hotel staff on the reception. We arrived late at night and room was prepared and available just with code. Big parking space for our car with wheeler. Super was bakery near the hotel, perfect for breakfast.
