The problem I had is whit Booking I first ask for three nights and then change it for two and got charge 3 nights you are a nightmare and I got charge 900.00 dlls and everybody got charge $450.00 dlls so I felt robe $450.00 dlls when Expedia was charging $142. dlls a night very unpleasant situation even at my age still learning you are a big fraud will try to never use you agin and your customer service sucks you never answer nothing

The place is a wonderful old hacienda with huge gardens and 2 big pools. The restaurant is good and on Sunday they have a huge brunch. The pools are wonderful and the weather is great - always springtime. Good stay if you are going to a wedding in the vicinity.

The rooms aren't big, but nothing to complain about. It was a wedding weekend so you did hear people walk by the room a bit loudly very late, maybe a 2nd floor room would be better for less noise. Wasn't a fan of their Chiles in Nogada (and I usually like them in other places). The surrounding area isn't nice, if you travel there it is to stay at the hotel.

The hotel is a beautiful, well-maintained property. Rooms are lavish and comfortable, and the staff could not have been more attentive and efficient (kudos to David and Jennifer at the reception desk). Upon arrival, they gave us an upgrade and a 15% discount on food and two complimentary drinks. The food was always exceptional.

The pools are somewhat cold (especially for December) but other than that, we had no problems during our stay and would definitely stay here again.

everything amazing! cleanliness, service and very good room! comfortable beds, spacious bathroom fantastic AC! My room was number 239 with a very nice view of the garden, and huge! I’m very picky with noise so make sure you request a quiet room in case you are too. There are a lot of events and I can get noisy sometimes but overall very very pleasant. Want to highlight the reception people all super nice and very accommodating. Special mention to Zoila , the cleaning lady , she was fantastic! she would be there for every thing I needed it! Also Angel at the villa pool. Hope to come back soon !

The service in the pool area was poor - inexperienced staff, slow service Check-in took too long with few guests in line E-keys in app stopped working soon after check-in Did not note our agreed upon late check out, causing us to be locked out of our room in the morning Three barking dogs were allowed inside the restaurant on a Saturday night with little to no staff intervention Overall, service needs improvement before I could say the whole experience was great

Beautiful original details around the property, just walking around was delightful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was stunning and very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and calm.

It was difficult to find my building and room when I first arrived.

we had brunch on Sunday this was completely spectacular. The rooms were beautiful the gardens perfect and the setting breathtaking. The place although in the middle of no where for a tourist is very very beautiful.

the service.....terrible....it took us 25 minutes to get a waiter to take our order. It took them another 20 minutes to bring the check. The food is delicious but forget about water or ordering anything else after having your order delivered because they simply don't come back to your table. Even with the brunch buffet where you help yourself from a wonderfull variety of food having coffee was a challenge they are simply slow. Check in was terrible I m guessing there was a wedding and they were busy but it took us a while to get a room.....and check out do not let me start...... once you get to the person it is quick but they were short staffed for the amount of guests that were leaving that day.

Beautiful place to walk around the gardens

Lack of air conditioning in Restaurant . It’s open and the fans are not enough to refresh the place. Too hot even the ceilings are very high. Not enough amenities. Just swimming pool and Spa.

Amazing location, super well kept, nice rooms and facilities

Room cleaning was always late, the place is difficult to reach and there is nothing outside of it

The gardens, the pools and the staff in the pool bar (my daughter felt and they immediately brought us ice without being asked and asked us if everything was okay), the rooms are really nice and spacious

The service at the restaurant is really slow, it wasn’t even full and they took really long time to bring the food. Some waiters were attentive to the table, others didn’t paid attention if you needed something.
