Room had an amazing nature view. Pool and sauna were perfect - if you find a quiet time when children are not allowed. Breakfast was pricey, but well stocked and yummy with freshly prepared foods in a buffet style. Blooming's tucked-away location amongst the hiking and MTB trails in the dunes was superb. Staff were kind.

The Booking.com room that was confirmed was not the room that was given at check-in. After arriving in the room, I had to persist with the reception regarding the mistake. Eventually they gave us an upgrade - but not a nice way to start our getaway. Hot tub was not hot, barely warm. Room service was not very thorough with their cleanliness and attention to detail. Could have supplied slippers and robes for true spa feel.

Beautiful surroundings, hotel’s lovely furnishings and art. Great bed. Lovely restaurant/food. Pool (terrace) and spa is a nice addition. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Restaurant was a bit dark. I was with my mum and she only sees 20% so it was hard for her to see where she was going.we did get a little table lamp from the waitress, which was great. A conference group, that was staying/meeting there, was having breakfast at the same time as us, on the last morning of our stay. It was extremely noisy and hard to move around. We weren’t the only ‘ paying’ guests complaining.

The wellness area, pool, bubble bath and sauna. Friendly reception staff. Great breakfast. Location was great for walking and mountain bike trails (zuidroute Schoorl)

The free taster/starter at the dinner. The first one I received was made from fish. Maybe the waitress did not hear when I mentioned I was allergic to seafood. But that was uncomfortable. Therefore received another taster/starter with a seaweed crispy thing and something mouse which super bitter. Once again - seafood allergy!

Bedroom: rather cramped: very little room around the double bed - complicated use of switches for lighting; one bed light not functioning - no table on one side of the double bed - the bedroom was defined as 'unlimited': this is a rather misleading description and didn't meet our expectations Restaurant: acoustics poor when large (noisy) groups present; the evening menu did not change during our stay Jacuzzi: climbing into it can be tricky without proper support bars to hang on to.

What a lovely place: secluded but close to Bergen, set up on a hill surrounded by woodland. It's somewhere special that you will want to return to. I came with my girlfriend for a romantic weekend together, and we absolutely loved Blooming Hotel. The staff are friendly, the hotel is stylishly decorated and smartly presented. And the breakfast buffet was fantastic, especially for Holland, where generally speaking breakfast buffets are distinctly average. It is quite unique to have access to an indoor pool and hot tub. We really made the most of everything the hotel had to offer, and are already planning our next weekend getaway to Blooming. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Great food, awesome breakfast with huge variety. Decent wellness area, very clean.

Bathroom lights go automatically on, and I didn’t find a way how to dim/turn off. Not very convenient in the night. Staff was kind and nice, but sometimes a bit slow and unresponsive (in almost empty restaurant). Water in the jacuzzi and swimming pool was slightly too cold.

The room was lovely, with a view on trees and nature. However what we liked best was the food at the Brasserie. It was delicious. Best fries in as long as we can remember. And every course was equally amazing. The location was exactly what we wanted, to be lost in nature for a weekend. However having lovely common spaces indoors was really great: the pool, the sauna, the little reading corners, the bar and restaurant, the lounge area with a fireplace... These communal areas are the reason we will be back!

great location ! in the middle of the forest and walking distance ( around 1-2 kilometers to the center to the amazing center of Bergen The sauna was great and the cold shower!

I would to have a yoga room to practice or a gym . the food for vegan was really very limited!

Lovely location with nice facilities , nice breakfast and spacious room with comfortable bed. Missed a mini bar for a hotel room in this price category. Liked the art both inside and outside.

The bathroom was missing a shower cap and the choice of tv channels was very poor. Plus the sauna was really tiny - suggest you join it with the room next door.

I and my wife were guests of Blooming Hotel in 18 th - 23 rd of April 2023. I would like to thank to whole team for all services, conditions and our safety in time of our holiday. We have not words to describe our wonderful emotions and we want to return again there soon for next holiday. It was, for sure, the most wonderful holiday for us and Blooming team made that. We will always remember all, the people there, them smiles, taste of food, birds sound, fresh air of near forest, silence, parking with lighting system and so on. The Blooming is a four and a half stars hotel with all services you can imagine and you hope to meet to see in a wonderful hotel. The principal feature is that the hotel is in the middle of forest with all, beautiful sound birds, silence, fresh air, bicicle ways in forest but with a perfect restaurant where you enjoy testful breakfast and a good dinner. There is a large parking and a swimming pool with clear water. I want, I hope to come back again for a new magic holiday! Thank a lot to all Blooming team! I will recommend this hotel for a magic holiday!
