Great location, the property is in front of the train station, and close to the centre. The breakfast has many choices, both cold and warm options, prepared each morning. The staff was really amazing, they helped me to carry the luggage on the stairs, and allowed me to take the breakfast a little earlier, to get in time to my meeting.

There is no curtain installed in the bathroom, to prevent water from spreading.

Room was so pleasant and the bed was comfortable ! The moment I checked in I was warm welcomed. Hood heating . The staff is super friendly and really give you a personal 5 star service feeling. I will definitely come back. Surprisingly better than expected !

Staff were very welcoming and cooperative. The location was convenient for our train travel but was also close to the heritage section of Alkmaar. Breakfast was substantial and coffee was excellent. The hotel had lovely atmosphere.

Very close to Alkmaar Central Station and Alkmaar's beautiful inner city. Nice big room, quiet, with separate entrance door. Clean, spacious, shower ensuite. Would recommend for city trip to Alkmaar. Large cheap parking 5 min walking distance. The hotel has a bar-restaurant. Welcoming, friendly staff.

The location is beautiful, 15 min away from the city center, friendly staff, fresh towels everyday.

I wish that someone came to clean the room at least once. We stayed there 4 days and sadly no housekeeper came.

I just didn't like the bathroom light that goes off every 5 seconds and we have to walk for it to turn on, for women who like to put on makeup this is a disaster.

Nothing that can be resolved, due to nature/age of building. Stairs quite steep, could hear other guests quite clearly above & next to me. Nothing that can be done though..
