Large room / suite with large bathroom. Very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Muttukumara and Pattamuthu were at the reception when I arrived and left . Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. By mistake I had left my spectacles. I called and spoke to Paul Durai was concerned and agreed to courier it to my hotel with Chennai and will be doing so on Monday.

Large suite room and large hotel

Everything was just perfect. Great food, Amazing location and service, Brilliant ambience, Very reasonable on the pocket. Best place to stay if sightseeing around Ambai, Manimuthar, Papanasam, Kallidai etc.

The bedspread could have been cleaner

A very good hotel. The room is clean and spacious. It has also got a balcony although it was facing another building. It is easy on the pocket. The washroom is also spacious.

Car parking access can be improved upon. The ramp to the basement was hitting the car bottom.

Good place to stay for family in prime location. Difficult to find such clean and value for money premises in a tiny town.

Room service can be better. Morning coffee should be available at 6 or atleast provide sachets in the room

No sound proof in the room, road sound are disturbing in the night. Too much noise. Foods in the restaurant which is located at the same hotel building.

Apt location for visiting nearby temples. Basement car parking, driver retiring rooms

Coffee maker not available in rooms. Attached hotel run by another management, supply tea and coffee from 7:00 a.m. onwards only

Staffs are courteous. Property is very neat in the surrounding. In the main area. Restaurants nearby choices are good.

Room services from restaurant has time limits.

Location of the lodge is in best and easy assasable place. When comparing the rate with other places like Chennai and Madurai found High. This can be revised according to the location.

Existing amenities may be maintained better.
