The apartment was incredibly spacious and well designed. The sofa was comfortable and the smart TV was huge. We enjoyed staying in one on evening and watching a film! The bed was also massive and well dressed with comfy pillows and bedding. The staff at reception were attentive and spoke good English. We were able to leave our bags at reception before check-in, and after we checked out, which was a huge help. Laundry facilities were available on the 5th floor, and we were able to borrow a steam iron from reception. Internal soundproofing was also great; we didn't hear a peep from the other guests. The rooftop terrace was particularly good, with ample seating for multiple groups of guests, and views across the city.

As the property is located on the intersection of a busy road, the road noise was substantial. Helpfully, ear plugs are freely available from reception, but I would not recommend staying here if you are a light sleeper.

the hotel and apartment feels brand new. the apartment was so spacious and comfortable for our family of 6. apart from the few things mentioned, it was a dream staying here. the apartment is definitely one to stay in for a few more days. service staff were lovely. although I had indicated my arrival time, it was during the break time and we had not been informed not to come then. thankfully the staff (who was starting her shift slightly later) saw us and came in to assist us and was very kind to help us with some extra requests. unfortunately we didn't take a lot of time exploring the vicinity.

the noise level on the front (living room, 2 bedrooms) is quite high, so much so ear plugs are offered. for a 3 bedroom apartment, key appliances like a microwave would be good. there are 2 washing machines and a dryer available at level 5 for sharing but for long term stay, it would be nice to have those within the apartment.

Friendly staff, nice room sizes with comfy bed, nice views of Taichung. No real complaints, was a great place to spend two nights. There were nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Downstairs lounge was nice; we used it as a dining area after ordering delivery.

Not the easiest location to get to from the train station or night markets - we ended up walking or taking a taxi after a couple of bus hiccups (Google Maps is not always right with the bus times, FYI!).

it was well furnished and perfect for our travel size. only thing to note is that the washer and dryer are not located within the apartment but at a separate level.

would be great if the unit came with its own washer and dryer!

Room is very clean and spacious! Friendly staff! What I like the most is... their bed and 2 pillows. They are super comfortable, not too hard or soft. They do not offer bottle of water because of environmental protection. You can use the cups in the room and drinking machine is on every floor.

Most people don’t like the noise outside from the road and that’s why they offer earplugs on the first floor. For me it’s fine.

I think this maybe the most beautiful apartment I had ever seen in TaiChung crazy huge space plus cozy rooms, massive open kitchen and living room too. everything is clean, staffs are super friendly and helpful too.

The location, the layout of the room, the facilties and the staff are friendly. Was a little apprehensive when some reviews mentioned about the sound proof, but I don't have this issue at all.

The location of the hotel was great, the room was a little smaller than expected and the door to the washroom is a little hard to open. As its right beside a busy road, there will be noise from traffic but the hotel do provide ear plugs :-) Overall a pleasant stay.

Located on a Main Street near where I needed to be. Loved the view from my room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful

Good breakfast, rooftop terrace, comfortable bed, the shower is big and everything very clean !

Street noise is little bit too loud in the morning. Scooters of Taiwan like to be loud. We wait for e-mobility to come soon :D
