The staff were wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful. Convenient location.

The commode was terrible. They are so low that once seated I had to get on my hands and knees to get up. We are seniors and have typical elderly mobility issues but in this case we had to help each other get up from the commode! The last time we stayed there was the same thing. The AC in the room would shut off in the middle of the night and the room would turn into a sauna. We had to get up and turn it back on.

The location and access to places

I ask for a late check out, because I was running late and they said that they didn't have that there and the room needs to be clean and rushing me to get out of the room and I know for a fact that they do have late check out, because it's not my first time staying in a hotel room.thanks for everything.

Customer service was great

Breakfast was late Saturday so we were late leaving and it was not that good beacon burned and the sausage had so much seasoning on it it was red the waffles were good you don't have regular syrup unless you pour it in a cup the hash browns are cold and soggy both mornings everything else was great

The walk-in shower, the bed wasn't too high, the fact that there was a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher also there was more than adequate space. Both my husband and I have mobility issues so all of those features matter.

Sadly there was only one little tub of creamer for our coffee. The breakfast was very poor, we were hoping for a continental breakfast. The bathroom was very cold it would've been nice if it were warmer.

The warm smile and friendly staff Christian & Christopher were very attentive. Allowed me to have 1 hour extra for my check out time. The room was so nice and clean and very nice and cool. Love the Kitchenette although because I only needed one night stay this time I didn't get to utilize it , but I will next time

Nothing

Clean, modern, and spacious suite. It had everything we needed and more. Safe atmosphere.

Breakfast staff unprepared. Not enough food out. Only one person trying to make food and get it out. Was around 7:20 a.m. Food was good, just not much prepared.

I was accomidated when it was found that my ac in my room didn't work. The room was switched promptly and without question. The workout room was a good added thing, i was able to keep with my workout regimine.

The only thing i noticed that would be a chance for an improvement would be to add more waffel stations at preakfast area, this is due to only one waffel maker and several people needing to use it.

I’d have to say, Christian, the manager was the best. I just had Achilles tendon surgery and she made certain I was comfortable, took time to understand me and my needs. Staff was amazing as well. However my greatest compliment goes to Christian! Feeling comfortable and acknowledged while knowing the stress of traveling “handicap” was understood! She got the memo!

Comfort

Very clean, well maintained, no traffic noise. Coffee was good.

Air conditioner made strange noises. There could have been more breakfast choices other than microwaved food, like muffins or sweet rolls.

I love my room on the 4th floor, it had a separate bedroom from the rest of the room. We had privacy, nice dishes and lots of tables. I love this place.

The breakfast didn’t have a variety of things.
