The property is located nearby the main city in Santorini, Thira. you can get to this city either by foot (approximately 25-35 min.) or by shuttle provided by the hotel. Shuttle is 5 times in a day and the first one departs from the hotel at 10.30 am. so if you are interested to get to Thira earlier, you should walk. Personnel, breakfast and all facilities are sublime. Everything was just perfect

The view is absolutely jaw-dropping! You get to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, away from all the crowds. The pool area was lovely, with good music. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and staff were very helpful and kind.

To be completely honest, I was taken aback by the location when we arrived, as I initially thought the hotel was going to be situated in Fira and I really wanted to be in a central location. But after seeing travellers having to carry their own luggage through the heavy crowds and marble steps in both Fira and Oia, I was quite happy our hotel was more accessible, and offered multiple daily shuttles to town.

Truly memorable experience, the view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, exactly what you’d dream of when thinking about Santorini. The hotel itself was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to Kostas, who was working in the breakfast area. He was incredibly kind and full of positive energy every morning, which really added to the good vibes of the place. His warm personality made our mornings even better. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay in Santorini.

If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the breakfast, which felt a bit repetitive after a few days. A little more variety would make it perfect.

The rooms were clean, wonderful location. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was super nice! Especially desk staff during the day and evening, breakfast staff and bar tender at pool.

The mattress! It was terrible, lumpy and hard. I woke up with a terrible back ache on the first morning we stayed there, and every morning afterwards. Sometimes it lasted all day. I thought I injured myself, but my daughter who stayed in the room next to us said it was the bed. And she was right, my back pain was much better after sitting on a plane for 12 hours straight. And it went away once I was home. You definitely need to upgrade your mattresses.

The most stunning views, and perfect location to watch the sunset. The location was very peaceful, after visiting all around the island we said we had the best spot. Loved the shuttle into Thira (very helpful) although it is only a 25 min walk down a straight road which was very easy. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of choice. Having a quiet pool area and another pool area with music was good - could choose which you were in the mood for. Fresh towels every day at pool was good, meant we weren’t drying more at the room. Cleanest place I’ve ever been to. Room well kept by staff each day.

After getting off the plane and arriving at hotel we just wanted some water, but there were no complimentary bottles - very expensive minibar. Luckily there is a shop across the road so we got water from there. We felt there should be bottled water provided given it is unsafe to drink tap water.

The breathtaking view, in particular the stunning sunsets over the sea were absolutely unforgettable. There are countless picturesque spots around the hotel that make for perfect photography opportunities, especially with the iconic white architecture of Santorini serving as a backdrop. Dining at the Caldera Restaurant was another pleasant surprise. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, offering a delightful culinary experience that complemented the beautiful surroundings.

While the room was fine, it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of luxury considering the hotel's price point. The staff were kind and attentive, always ready to assist. However, I did notice that their friendliness sometimes felt a bit rehearsed, lacking genuine warmth.

This hotel is the best in whole island, we really enjoy our 7 days here, everything is perfect, especially the breakfast and the view from the rooms and restourant. We had an amazing experience and unforgettable sunsets. Special thanks to Petros and Dimitris, a lovely persons and Lori from the pool bar. The whole staff is friendly and we are really thankfull that they provide to my wife lactose free food and glutenfree bread every day. :) WE WILL COME AGAING FOR SURE!

The hotel facilities were of excellent standard and very clean. The staff were more than accommodating and friendly everyday. We really liked that it was not it Fira and Oia as we like to walk and explore. The hotel room was comfortable and clean but it would have been nice to have additional drapes to the windows as the blinds are quite thin. We liked the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

I think a pool menu with more snack options would be better than just the restaurant menu for dinner. I think it would be nice if the shuttle bus that goes from the hotel to Fira also went to Oia. Perhaps it does in the busier season.

This hotel genuinly took my breath away when I first saw the view. It is so well located and designed that every single room has a view of the Caldera so you can’t go wrong. The breakfasts have any and everything you could wish for and I am still craving them. The rooms are spacious, modern and completely luxury with gowns and slippers. There are multiple pools if you feel like being around more people or you prefer to be more private. This truly is the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. The morning breakfast staff made my stay as they are so sweet, attentive and genuinely care about guests.

The property is gorgeous and worth every star! (5 stars)
