It was very clean the staff were very attentive and pleased to help with any problems. The swimming facilities were very good for children. The Restaurant staff worked hard and were always cheerful and helpful, there was a ‘ Tips Jar’ unfortunately no one put any money in it. ( we did).

The Hotel had entertainment for younger children in the early evenings and when my Granddaughter was dancing on the stage with others she fell headfirst from the top of the stage down 4 large concrete steps at the side of the stage. It was very upsetting for all to see. After complaining to the Hotel they did put a small rope and a small barrier to stop children getting onto the stage. Afraid this should have been thought of beforehand as was an accident waiting to happen. This area should be used for the acts only not for Children to climb onto. Fortunately my Granddaughter was ok, but had a nasty scrape on her face and nasty bruises to her head. She’s only 2 years old. I still don’t think the area is secure enough to stop children climbing up to play. It needs a secure barrier.

We were there for a week and had a very nice stay. The staff was very helpful, especially the waiter at the main swimming pool, Alexandro who did not only a tremendous job, but was extremely nice and attentive. This is a calm hotel with all the facilities you need, either for a family with small children or adults who want to chill down. For people in the twenties, it might not be perfect. The food at the buffet was very good and especially the varied deserts were delicious.

The drinks at the buffet were not so good, also there was often a big cue because some people don’t know how to use an automatic coffee machine. Often you couldn’t find any glasses or there was no wine left. I think they need a chief waiter there to coordinate everything. Getting a towel at the other end of the property for a deposit was also a hassle, we decided just to buy our own towels at the local shop instead, but that is a pity.

Lovely hotel, close to beach, the indoor pool was great as we were there in April so wasn't too warm for the outdoor pools. Baby was able to go in the indoor pool from 10am-1pm (possibly different depending in time of year. Breakfast and dinner were great, huge selection, everything lovely and fresh. We didn't venture too far from the hotel. Cost €52 in taxi we got from the airport, I think around €45 on the way back. Its right beside the beach, water was very cold during the time we were there but nice beach bar to relax.

No complaints from us. There's no coffee in the room which some people weren't happy about but apparently you could get some from reception. Drinks were a little expensive, for example €9 for a spirit and mixer.

Nice beaches opposite of the resort and a nice pool (max. 1.40 m depth), surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden. Apart from this one, there were two others available, plus a smaller indoor pool. The breakfast was good, freshly brewed espresso from the machines too bitter unfortunately, fresh fruit available. Dinner buffet was superb with a large variety during the week, and each day, to chose from. The resort was relatively quiet End of April/Beginning of March. Bikes can be rent, but mind differences in altitude, more than doubling the cycling times indicated by G. Maps! Also the Mini Golf course of 18 exercises is worth trying, it offers enough shade during the warmest time of the day, and it has been laid-out in the hilly landscape very creatively. Our 12-yrs old daughter liked the half hour's open-air dancing/disco each day, and also 2 hours of live music can be enjoyed in the evening from the terrace or from your own balcony (when situated next to the reception building). All included in the fee, but not compulsory, if you fancy something else outside the resort. BTW, the resort is situated across the walking boulevard along the beach, a first class location when you appreciate the sea and a quiet surrounding. The center of Cambrils can be reached by foot in 35 minutes.

Of course everything comes with a price. If you look for perfection, you need to pay for it... But this apartment with balcony and bathroom certainly offers value for money.

The fact i couldn't have a cup of water to take my tablets at supper time as we were not full board only half board, It was a cup of water and told cannot have only at breakfast. We would have to pay for a bottle of water with our meal which we found a little silly. We found that rather a joke as getting a glass of water at breakfast for free seemed ridiculous.

The location was excellent, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. A safe in the room at no extra cost, and parking at a reasonable price. The restaurant was great, an excellent choice of food, we couldn't wish for better. Entertainment on an evening was also very good.

Unfortunately the hot food that was served at breakfast and dinner was cold, sitting under the lamps did not keep it hot at all, we learnt to watch the staff put freshly cooked food under the lamp and we choose the new stuff so it was hot, shame because the choice of different things to eat was amazing

The rooms are fairly basic but very clean and have all that you need. Unfortunately we had no coffee in the morning which was abit of a bummer. But not earth shattering. The facilities and sports are great.The breakfast buffet was good.

Our room was supposed to have a garden view and we overlooked a parking lot. No garden in sight.

Training of lady who I returned my beach towel to in Gym on Thursday 12th evening

Location is perfect, right in front of the beach. Room is big, beds are comfortable, good bathrooms too, great balcony with an ocean view. We had half board, and both meals had a great variety of foods, including dessert. You can eat outside on the terrace with a view from the ocean, so beautiful. They have 3 pools, one only for adults, and the kids pool is awesome but on the end of September the water was already freezing cold, so unfortunately almost impossible to swim, the ocean was warmer. So we stayed a lot more on the beach.

The rooms were not very clean, and we were there for 4 days, they would clean the room everyday but very superficial.
